Someone should really tell the staff that Gyro's are supposed to be served WARM, not COLD!! I am very disappointed! I eat at Arby's when I'm on the road, and this is the 1st time my Gyro was served COLD! Definitely need more training at this location. I noticed other reviews commenting on other sandwiches being served COLD in East Stroudsburg.
At your store #6711 right now, super unimpressed with the service and restaurant!Just dealt with a female employee who was taking our order and had her personal cell phone on speaker phone yelling at someone. When I asked her to put it on mute and focus on us to take our order she started arguing back that she was paying attention and was waiting for us.
