Went inside with a buddy. There were us and another couple. They let us stand at the register for about 20 minutes until I asked if they were taking orders. The girl said "she don't do that" and the other guy with the headset was smirking and said they were short handed while nobody else was inside. Told us to use the the Kiosk which wasn't working. Used this one several times and the screen freezes. This was at about 2:00 in the afternoon Sunday. They can probably see us on camera...read full review

Ever since they switched to across the street and included a drive thru they’ve had new staff and they are rude teenagers/young adults. They talk crap about customers while the headset is still on so you hear it all. They give you attitude when you ask questions. There was one time I informed them my coffee was wrong (I always order mochas so it’s really dark but the one they gave me was super light) and instead of fixing it they got mad at me 😆 today I went and the cashier...read full review
