The curried chicken and stewed goat were excellent. Both were so flavorful and tender. We will definitely go back to Fabu again soon! The service was wonderful and we really enjoyed this new Caribbean restaurant.
I passed by this plaza everyday on my way home and decided to finally check it out to see what they have to offer and ran into this restaurant! A dream come true! Ive been wish a Haitian restaurant to open up by me and boom it did! The owners were the most amazing people ever! Even offered me samples after ordering. The food was to die for and I couldn’t be any happier. No complaints whats so ever. It was soo good that i plan on going back with the whole family this weekend....read full review

The food was delicious, with the red snapper melting in your mouth and seasoned perfectly. The stew chicken with rice and beans was also a hit. Kids love the wings. The restaurant is conveniently located close to ESU, making it a popular choice for students and travelers alike, and is a gem of a restaurant with authentic Haitian dishes.
