25 min drive thru wait and the entire order was wrong! Guy was rude and obnoxious. Over charged us and never gave a receipt plus the order is not showing up on the app. Tried to over charge ($50) on a $35 order! Probably pocketed the cash since that was our form of payment. Guy swore in front of toddler in car and the supervisor working. Management didn’t do anything to curb the excessive wait time Ong the drive thru. last week came in new manager never seen before. They dont put cheese on my burger. He takes it from me hands to cook says to put cheese on it. Disgusting. Never have I've been or work anywhere where that's acceptable. in here now shocker they dont get it right again. We just stopped in for a quick bite while out shopping, and we do often. Tonight we had the ABSOLUTE most pleasant experience ...we were immediately greeted by Jade. She was so upbeat and such a breath of fresh air! She was smiling the whole time and really just took the time to take care of us. It was so nice, considering everyone else we ran into today at stores hardly looked up to say hello. Jade, you are one awesome lady and please don't ever stop your positivity!
