It was our first time there. Everything from the bread to appetizer to entree was excellent. We had the chicken rice soup ,garlic bread with cheese, the chicken cacciatore and penne with vodka sauce. It was all homemade and delicious. Will definitely go against.

Food was very good,but service was the worst we have experienced anywhere. Waited 10 minutes to have our drink orders taken. Only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant. Girl was very rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Took another 20 minutes for her to take our order. Food was very good and good portions. Waited a long time for refills on drinks waitress just seemed disinterested. This is only our 2nd time here and both time we had the same waitress who was the same the first time. Will try again but if the same waitress is there will just turn around and leave. She must be related to the owners.

We had a party of 11 and made reservations. Not only was the table not ready - which didn't bother us, the lady behind the counter was beyond rude. Keep in mind, the reservation was at 4:30 - so they were not busy. She gave us a hard time from the moment we checked in until we the time we left. First she argued that our reservation was for 6 people, when it was for 11. Not that it should have mattered - there were plenty of tables and we were there for a while and at no point was the restaurant full. Another co-worker set her straight on that the fact that we indeed have a reservation for 11 people. She set up the table so the end was not aligned with the main table, did not put any silverware, menus or plates at each place setting. She dumped them on the table for us to hand out to ourselves. Had she been busy or had she even had been nice that would not have been an issue. We have been going to the restaurant regularly, at least once a month, but no more. There are other Italian restaurants in the area where the food is just as good and the people there treat their customers like any decent human being should be treated. If the nasty young lady had been our server (thankfully, she was not) there would have been no question she would have gotten zero tip - not something we've ever even considered! The server we had wasn't great at the job, but a least she wasn't outwardly hostile. We assumed she was new, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the horribly rude young lady they have working for them!

Really bad service. We waited for glasses, waited to place our order, went into the service area to get water and ice for the table of 8 celebrating a birthday. The server would not get off her chair to help. Cleared our own plates and then went and got our own to go containers. It was like Baloh l camping.

Sooo delicious!

Vegetarian options: Eggplant Parmesan over angel hair with a delightful crisp side salad was what I ate. Everything tasted absolutely fabulous. Nothing was over fried or undercooked. The other guests in the party ( a class reunion get together) raved about the quality of the food.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and every single time the service sucks! The food is out of this world, but we will never step foot in there again after tonight‘s experience, I wish the owners would do some thing about the staff so we could get back to coming

We had a group of 15 people here on this past Monday night. 9/11/23. We each ordered different dinners. Mine was chicken with broccoli over penne, but others ordered shells, lasagna, chicken Marsala, cheesesteak and fries, you name it. Everyone loved the food. Mine was so delicious with fresh tender broccoli, perfectly cooked penne and a mountain of chicken breast meat. Wish I had two stomachs, it was sooo good. Service was provided by one fantastic waitress who got all our orders correct and delivered piping hot to each of us. She earned the good tips we were happy to provide. The decor is irrelevant. It's plain but clean and pleasant. The food is excellent, well-priced and fresh, the service is 5 stars and we happy customers will be returning. Wonderful! Give it a try.

Unfortunately service was lacking, maybe our waitress was new. My empty drink sat there while I ate and she never came by. We ordered food to take with us when we placed our dinner order but she didn't put the kitchen order in until we finished our meal. Got home and found that the Calpine was made with a garlic wash on top. No where on menu was that mentioned. Very disappointed with dinner experience.

We just enjoyed a great meal at Casa Italia. Our server was wonderful and attentive. We will be back soon!
