1) To begin with the restaurant has unbearable odor as you enter in. It could be dirty old carpets or something else but it ruins the appetite. We have been there thrice and the odor was always felt.
2) The atmosphere is depressing since its a tiny place, they need to pay extra attention to the feel of the place if they want to remain in business.
3) Their Ras Malayi is not made by them, they served the Ras Malayi that we usually buy from Indian Store, we love it and regularly get it & recognize its taste.
4) Food tastes average, not bad and not out of the world either. The Goat curry was extremely smelly and not edible.
5) Serving size is small, prices are high, and service charge is unnecessarily high.
6) The staff is courteous and friendly

Clove Fine Indian Cuisine: A Local Gem
Heard about this spot from a few locals and finally decided to see what the buzz was about. I ordered takeaway, and within ten minutes, I was heading back to the office with a bag full of heavenly smelling food.
I went with the butter chicken and garlic naan and both were standouts. The butter chicken was rich but not heavy, with tender, flavorful chicken in a silky sauce that soaked perfectly into the rice. The naan? Fresh, soft, garlicky, and the perfect tool to scoop up every last bit of that sauce.
What really made the experience, though, was the hospitality. The woman at the counter was warm and welcoming, she threw in a bottled water and a small dessert on the house. That dessert, some kind of fruit based treat, was the perfect finish to the meal.
Honestly, the hardest part of the whole experience was making it back to work without diving into the bag on the spot. If you haven’t tried Clove yet, you’re missing out. I’ll definitely be back.
