Good, not great. This company is not equipped to handle high traffic hours. The rush hour experience is awful and makes me rethink whether this cookie is actually worth the wait. Can there not be at least some ‘inventory’ on hand. Process is excruciatingly slow. Dreadful. Every ten minutes or more an employee walks to the pickup counter and says ONE PERSON’S name.
