They were nice enough to give us samples but we’re not wearing gloves and had a small hair in the sample as pictured above.

Nice little place to take the kids for icecream

It says open at 11 am. It is after 11 am and the gate is open but the place is dark. The woman in the mall said that they open somewhere between 11:30 and 12 So a wasted trip … time, money, gas. And who leaves their business unlocked so theft can occur.

I normally don’t care to post a review but being that I’m a big fan of Dairy Queen, I must say that I’m disappointed because this place made me a peanut buster ice cream but the ice cream was Not the same as they normally sell. I’m use to a creamy yummy ice cream but the ice cream that I was given was like a dollar store cheap ice cream that melts so fast and not creamy at all. I had to call the store and ask did they change up their ice cream and the employee said No and apologized because she explained that when they change up their ice cream bag that normally when they make an ice cream. I felt bad for her but I’m sure many others may have experienced what I experienced. When you’re a dairy queen fan you can tell the difference very quick. :(

My Icecream cake for my daughters birthday is a disaster. It wasn't even set, the colors didn't match at all. I asked for pink and purple and they put navy, orange and green? We had to throw it away when we got home because it melted instantly. We live 3 mins from this Dairy Queen, you can tell something was not right with the cake. Very disappointed. $30 wasted.

hi i wanted to inform you that one of your workers she has long black hair/brown my apologies for not knowing any more details , but she gives out her number/ snapchat to multible boys while on her shift working. on june 20th 2023 she gave her snapchat to a boy with a group of his friends and made jokes about giving them free food from dairy queen. i don’t know if this is allowed there but i know ur not supposed to get random peoples numbers on the shift or give people free food . also smoking weed, brining carts to work. i just wanted to inform you so this doesn’t happen again. i’m really concerned with the behavior of her. and i don’t feel comfortable with someone working with the smell of weed, and knowing she’s giving out her number to teenage boys no matter what and going to their houses , also talking about giving away free food. this in my opinion is immature, could’ve waited till her break or after her shift was over to get numbers talk chat and make jokes.

i’m never coming back again. the guy was taking one item at a time so while i’m waiting for my other items my blizzard is melting all over my hand and on the counter (when i asked not to over fill it for this reason!!!) . i had to throw away half of it so it would stop melting all over me!! like breh. the glizzy was good tho

I come here almost twice a week during work. Staff is extremely friendly

Friendly cashier and the treats tasted great but beware this location does not accept coupons displayed on the app, nor do they accept redeemed rewards.
