THESE TAILS ARENT FROM OX THERE ARE NO MORE OX IN THE WORLD THEY ARE KANGOOROO ELKS BISONS ZEBRA ETC.. FYI.
I’ve tried so many Jamaican spots, some in Mount Pocono some in the Monroe County area and few in Allentown and this by far is the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had ever since I moved from New York, this meal takes me back to Jamaica where we use to buy box food at the local cook shop, can’t get anymore authentic than that 10/10!
Jerk Chicken was delicious and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Ox Tail sauce on the rice was excellent. My friend got the Goat Curry which was also very good. We both got the large platter size and portions were big, but that didn't stop me from eating it all. Just couldn't stop :) Thank you for a great meal!

Di Kitchen P.A is a Jamaican restaurant that exceeds expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and well decorated. The service is friendly, excellent, and polite, with staff described as extremely nice and patient. The food is amazing, so good, and does not disappoint, made with care and authentic Jamaican flavor. Dishes are flavored well, perfectly seasoned, rich, and full of flavor without relying on salt. Specific praised meals include the oxtail with rice and peas, which is fall off the bone tender with a perfectly seasoned gravy. The stew chicken with cabbage and macaroni and cheese is absolutely perfect in taste. The brown stew fish is noted as a standout, large and worth the price. The fried plantains are sweet, soft, and caramelized just right. The sorrel drink tastes authentic. Portion sizes are generous, fair, and the food looks as good as it tastes. The restaurant also offers a Sunday brunch.
