I don't know about first shift but I think the second shift crew is awesome especially the guy that works behind the counter the young guy very good at customer service he knows his stuff I don't know what his name is I'm not too sure but he knows his stuff
Are all Dunkin Donuts as bad as this one? The pastries are made in advance and coated in sugar to keep them pliable while being trucked to the various stores. The staff is surly. Every morning I beg them to cut back on my coffee's cream and sugar but I could still pour it over pancakes. But, it's the only place open this early.

Dunkin’ offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with good customer service. The staff is mostly nice, sometimes moody, but often generous with extra food. The donuts are average, though a free donut on National Donut Day was a nice surprise. The location is convenient for downtown Easton with easy parking using loose change. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick treat with decent food and friendly service.
