I don't know about first shift but I think the second shift crew is awesome especially the guy that works behind the counter the young guy very good at customer service he knows his stuff I don't know what his name is I'm not too sure but he knows his stuff
Awesome crew!!! Very Friendly
Great atmosphere but my favorite server was very unhappy today because of her manager was very rude to her this indian lady handle her work with precision and speed

Dunkin’ offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with good customer service. The staff is mostly nice, sometimes moody, but often generous with extra food. The donuts are average, though a free donut on National Donut Day was a nice surprise. The location is convenient for downtown Easton with easy parking using loose change. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick treat with decent food and friendly service.
