I am a usual customer, normally the service is good. In the past 2 months I have had a bad experience w/ incorrect order at drive up window. Today they gave me in correct sandwich & only 1 donut. I noticed that when this happens, it's always younger people. The older lady who is at window is sometimes is much better!!!

Everybody at this Dunkin is very kind they take time to greet you and smile even if they do something wrong (which is rare) they’re very helpful. Always smiles on their faces, which is very different to see in a Dunkin atmosphere genuinely just enjoy coming here

Dunkin' is a clean and organized spot, with accurate orders. The staff is friendly but the lack of 24-hour service is a downside. The sandwiches are well done and satisfying, although parking and wheelchair accessibility are just okay. However, there have been complaints about bathroom amenities, so the drive-thru might be a better option.
