Frank's Italian Restaurant & Pizza

Avoid this place! Apparently the proprietor/employee never learned that you don‘t gain business by berating your customers. Why go to a place just to be insulted? Food was mediocre.

Stopped by today and ordered takeout, 2 sausage and pepper grinders and a side order of garlic knots, with extra garlic after shopping I was looking forward to a good meal, when low and behold, I opened my order and the food was not what I ordered, I received 2 sausage and pepper on a roll, with no cheese and not heated in the oven, the garlic knots were totally dry and no garlic. Called the restaurant and got a very poor response.. If you order takeout, you better check your order before you leave. Apparently management doesn’t care, once you left the building. I have no intention of returning and will tell my friend. I’m so disappointed

I started going to Franks pizza this past month for Good Friday with my family. It’s very clean and the pizza is amazing !
The staff is great and did I mention the Food is amazing !!!! It’s must go if you love pizza

Best Parmesan Sandwich I've ever had in my life! Couldn't hand down a Cheese steak on National Cheese steak day

My girlfriend ordered out tonight. We got French Fries and a type of chicken sandwich. Both were horrendously awful. This meal was so disgustingly bad that I threw it in the garbage. I have no idea how they can get good reviews and our meal was so repulsively inedible.

Saturday 3/15 @ 3:45PM ... Party of 2 sat down and waited. Wait staff standing around playing with their phones with the exception of one small girl cleaning tables.

Waited, waited and waited for service. Another party came in and got waited on in 30 seconds.

Didn't bother to complain to the management because there was NO MANAGEMENT. Very BAD way to run an operation.

Walked in to only 1 slice ONLY because I was hungry, didn’t eat anything at all and it was at around 3pm/4pm “running errands since morning” I have never been to Frank’s as this was a close proximity to a store I came out of and figured to grab something quick till I get home. Iiiilk! Why didn’t I go with my gut… as I didn’t know where to order, the lady was looking at me all weird and had a nerve to have an attitude “NEVER AGAIN” pizza was trash/ tasteless! I’ll stick to what I know… pizza in either NJ or better yet NY
Treat others how you want to be treated!!! You get what you give. When running a business one should learn customer service skills. If I could give No stars -I most certainly would. Women see a gorgeous woman/ women walk in and instantly get intimidated ilk!

I went here for a birthday party and when I let them know, they brought out a piece of cake and sang "Happy birthday". Really nice people. 💕

Pizza is excellent. Plenty of cheese, sauce and fresh dough.If you like mushroom topping they use FRESH mushrooms , not canned like most pizzerias in the Lehigh Valley.

Frank's Pizza & Italian Restaurant has been around for a long time. I have eaten here quite a bit in the past. I ordered a cheese pie and was a bit disappointed. Frank's usually has a higher standard.

There was a tad more cheese than sauce, the slice drooped, and the pie was a little greasy for my personal tastes. The crust was great, and it had the right amount of sauce.

The atmosphere and staff were tremendous.

I placed an order for pasta and lasagna
The pasta was very simple, it didn't have any salt. I'm surprised that a fettuccine Alfredo has such large pieces of tomatoes and so little pasta. The lasagna looks like a soup, it was more tomato paste than lasagna actually. Well and the price is different that in the web site.
