Franks Pizza & Italian Restaurant

I have eaten at many Franks , My wife and I had lunch . The sausage roll and chicken roll were excellent. The pasta fagho soup was the best .

Amazing pizza… I’ve tried Sicilian, regular and white… Pretty fussy about my pizza! This is one of the best pizzas ever, and they are lovely people the owners and the staff… Highly recommend!
This is on Birkland place… in Lowe’s mall area in Palmer twp… the others aren’t the same!

Poor customer service, extremely rude worker especially the older lady.

Found a roach on my pizza

They are extremely rude to us uber/door dash drivers. We are just here to pick up an order, but the older lady in the front counter with short hair is always extremely rude. Just hand us the order so we can be on our way.

Don’t tell me how to parent, older lady in the counter was extremely rude to my kids when picking up an order. Then was refusing to hand me food that was already paid for. If I can give this place zero stars, I would.

Jennie & her hubby (The owners) were very friendly & gave great customer service. My family & I ordered the 24 inch pizza, garlic knots, cheese cake slices, & a few other items! We were impressed & will be back! We highly recommend coming here! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

Justine was my waitress ,very polite ,quick and food was great ! Stopped in from Connecticut visiting family I definitely recommend this place!

Ordered a grilled chicken salad delivered. I'm not even joking when I say that it could have been the worst salad I've ever been served. Last time I ordered, maybe a year ago was not like this.

Food Great, but TouchBistro, is by far the worst site to order from. Frank's needs to order a few complex items from their paper menu themselves and see how bad the experience is with the miss-match names and options compared to the menu options and descriptions, plus the terrible Doordash people can't even communicate. It would be more successful to send a FAX like from the 1990's and then pick it up.

Cute family-run place, super friendly service. We warmed up with some homemade pasta fagiola soup, garlic knots, eggplant rollatini. Yum!

I attended a birthday dinner for my brother at this restaurant. Our server, Snow, was amazing! They were so patient, kind, and attentive to our large group. While taking care of us, they also had another family that they were taking care of. I don’t know how they managed to keep it all together. We were a large group of approx. 20 people and Snow impressed us all!

The food was also incredibly delicious. This restaurant did not disappoint and I am so thankful to the staff and especially Snow for making our experience so wonderful!! I highly recommend.
