My family and I have gone to this restaurant since it used to be stationed up in Wind Gap. We love the service, the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere and of course, the food. My mother especially loves the crab legs; while I'm more drawn to the meat on a stick, chicken and pizza slices.Since the quarantine began, we haven't visited the place for months. Great location and your typical food selection. The one negative that prevents me from eating here often is the sushi quality. If they spent more money to improve their selection and ingredients, they would do as well as the other Hibachi in Bethlehem.

This place is great because you can stuff a take out tray to your hearts content. Or can eat in, in a pretty nice, fairly quiet clean restaurant area. People are nice and the food is replenished regularly. Minus one star because the buffet menu never changes. There's another place not terribly far away that has an alternating selection based on the day of the week.
