If you are looking for authentic kbbq, this is likely not the place to go. The service is great, but the food is everything but authentic— featuring frozen meat and interesting banchan.

If you want an authentic experience where the food is delicious and the service is excellent, I highly reccomend Koja Cuisine. Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was very attentive. The food came out fast and was fresh and delicious. Overall a great experience. I will definitely visit again.

We have heard so many great things but nothing could have prepared us for our first visit. Our server was AMAZING! She had the best advice for food. Helped us through the menu and was so incredibly kind. The food!? Holy crap it’s another level of mouth watering. I cannot wait to go again!

Arranged BBQ, but they cooked in the kitchen, no BBQ table available.

Food is so good. Never had a chance to do the BBQ tables, but their japchae and bibimbap are amazing! Sushi is pretty solid too.

We got lucky. Party of 7 last minute and we were treated AWESOME! The food was really good. Waitress was nice and the owner came out to say hello. Kalbi and Spicy Chicken were EXCELLENT. I’ve never found Korean BBQ that was like my mom’s until I came here. Thank you!

Ordered the edamame and miso for apps. Miso broth was darker than im used to but flavorful. Edamame could have used some seasoning. Got the beef jap che and it was really good. The chicken katsu was made to perfection and the sauce on tip was really good. The waitress was so sweet and hustling out with food for everyone. Will be back!

I love this place so much that I’m leaving a review even though I haven’t been there in a couple months. I keep thinking about the food. They start you with free little appetizers which are all super tasty. This place is awesome for vegetarians. The thing I fixate on is vegetarian kimchi jiggae, which is the most delicious soup ever. It is sour and full of flavor. I even want it in the heat of the summer. The other thing I cannot get out of my head is the kimchi pancake. The texture is perfect and it comes with dipping sauce. Good sized portions too. The interior is very unassuming and even a little bit odd. It’s super casual and laid back. Can’t wait to go next week.

Koja Cuisine in Easton, PA might be my new go-to comfort spot. I showed up a little early before they even opened and was about to head back to my truck when a kind woman, who I assume was the owner, waved me down and warmly invited me in. That small act of hospitality already set the tone and it only got better from there.

She sat me at a booth and made me feel completely at home. I ordered the pork tonkatsu, and while waiting, I was served a small starter plate with seasoned potatoes, cucumbers, fish cakes, and broccoli. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can taste when food is cooked with love, and this was one of those times.

I also tried the Korean iced coffee bold, smooth, and just the right kick to go with the meal. Then came the tonkatsu: perfectly crisp pork, paired with rice and a fresh salad. Simple, clean, and downright satisfying.

Between the warm welcome and the quality of the food, Koja has that rare magic that turns a meal into a memorable experience. It’s cozy, authentic, and run by people who genuinely care. I’ll definitely be back often and I can’t recommend it enough.

I had a great lunch here. The astomsphere was very serene and our lunch was awesome. And thanks to Laura who served us well. I am definitely coming back here. I had garlic fried chicken with some kind of delicious rice and I can't remember what my friend had. But the appetizer was delicious 😋 😜. Below is a picture of what we had.
