They made a chocolate cake for my birthday this year that was absolutely to die for, not overly sweet & it had a nice crumb. This bakery does a great job of balancing flavors. Hands down the best croissants you’ll find on this side of the Atlantic Ocean! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It’s impressive that everything is made from scratch right there, I’ve caught the lamination process a few times and wow!

The Modern Crumb is my favorite spot whenever i’m in Easton. Their pastries are absolutely delicious! I’m obsessed with their earl grey scones, blondies, oatmeal cookies, and their croissants are the best I have ever had! Everything is always made perfect and everyone working there is always friendly. 100/10 recommend the Modern Crumb!! ?

There's a reason there is a line in front of this baker every single time you go there. They make incredible baked treats. My personal favorite is their croissants. People who go to France tell me that the croissants I serve them from Modern Crumb are better than the ones they get in France. I take them home and stuff some scrambled eggs and a good cheese in them, and they are a delicacy. They also baked my baby's 1st Birthday cake and hit the theme out of the park....
