I’ve enjoyed So Fun in the past and have always had positive experiences, which is why I was surprised during my most recent visit. Unfortunately, the store had a very strong smell that reminded us of spoiled milk and garbage/sewage, which made the experience pretty unpleasant. We immediately left. I reached out to the business on Instagram afterward to share my concern in hopes they might look into it, but I never received a response. I hope this was a temporary issue because I’ve liked this place before and would love to visit again under better circumstances.

me and my friends went in and since we’re not from the area we immediately got nasty stares and they didn’t acknowledge us at all. then without the help of anyone we proceeded to walk towards the cups, tried different flavors just by putting them in our cups and hoping it would taste good. then the owner came over after 10 minutes, after we were already were at the topping station, saying there were testing cups ( which were no where to be found) . After we started to put the toppings on he would immediately take the scooper away from us. lowkey wouldn’t recommend this place unless your white.

Honestly VERY DISAPPOINTED, will not be coming here again, and HIGHLY recommend other people to stay away, especially if you are of color because they seem to have prejudice. Upon arrival the cashier stared at me, refusing to greet nor help me, while the owner stood behind her and supported the unfriendly customer service. Both the owner and the cashier were passive aggressive and acting above their customers. They had watched me and my friends before even stepping in the store and decided we weren’t worth treating well. As someone who worked in the serving industry, do better.

So fun! well Not really! I walked in and did not know where to go since I do not usually get frozen yogurt and as i walked in confused the workers were just staring at me and gave me no information and so I said hello and then saw the cups and frozen yogurt so I made my way over without their help. There were no little testing cups and no help or instructions given and the environment just felt really weird and rude. They were also giving me and my friends a hard time because we did not know where the stuff was even though there was no way of us knowing because the workers didn’t do anything nor tell us that the stuff was behind the counter. Definitely was not So fun! and I feel like a store like this should be more upbeat and happy and there should be better customer service and information given like how we can use the testing cups, or literally anything even like even a greeting because they didn’t even do that. Very negative energy for a store named “so fun! yogurt” it’s ironic.

The fro-yo itself is pretty standard, and I always enjoy it. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired — staff often have AirPods in, come across as unfriendly, and don’t provide a welcoming or helpful experience.

So Fun Easton is a great frozen yogurt bar with plenty of yogurt options and fresh, delicious toppings. The space is a bit tight, so it can feel cramped if it gets busy. However, the facility was clean, including the bathroom, though nothing too fancy.
The staff was accommodating and quick, which made the experience enjoyable. All of the toppings were fresh, and everything tasted amazing. I would definitely go again, especially in the warmer months!

This is made with oat milk and it is SO GOOD. It might be the best I’ve ever had, it’s just so creamy and rich. I got lots of toppings (including vegan marshmallows) and almost regretted it because I wanted to focus just on the ice cream.
Plus, the owner is exceptionally warm and nice. I think he said the soft serve is from a company name Chicago ice cream. Highly highly recommend.

This is made with oat milk (there are also fruity sorbet flavors) and it is SO GOOD. It might be the best I’ve ever had, it’s just so creamy and rich. I got lots of toppings (including vegan marshmallows) and almost regretted it because I wanted to focus just on the ice cream.
Plus, the owner is exceptionally warm and nice. I think he said the soft serve is from a company name Chicago ice cream. Highly highly recommend.
