“Around midnight Saturday, they were working really slow, took about 30 minutes at the drive thru to get my food, looked like there was a male worker pretending to work, but really just standing around, the guy at the register seemed clueless, left the window without even asking what my order was, stood at the front counter looking at 2 bags for a few minutes, then came back to the window to ask what my order was, 😑, even this survey is dumb, I marked take out, and it still asked how long I waited for a table“
“I recently became disenchanted with Wendy's due to my local franchise basically failing across the board... BUT I've visited this location twice now around lunchtime as I work nearby and I am glad to report I was pleasantly surpised! The food was good. It was hot and fresh. But the icing on the cake was that even though they were dealing with a steady stream of walk in and drive thru business they were ontop of it. My food was ready by the time I got back from filling my drink.
So..... Good Job Team!“
