Food was good and service time was reasonablebut drink machine was out of almost half of the options and area around it was a large sticky mess. Disappointing.
This ain't baconator, Wendy's
Ordered a frosty and a burger on the mobile app but when I got to the window they said they didn’t have frosties. I really wanted a refund but all she offered was a soda.
What made it worse was, she didn’t even offer an apology (I know it’s not her fault, but when you’re in customer service, it’s you that represents the company at that moment).
Then when I got my burger she just handed the bag to me, didn’t say anything.
