Drive thru moves like a snail!
Again at 9 pm the line is wrapped around the building like every night. Decided to do mobile ordering thinking I didn’t have to stay on a 40 minute line. So I called to find out what the procedure was. Interesting because the girl tells me curb side is closed and I need to go to the drive through to pick up my order. So I confirm with her that I have to wait in a 40 minute line...she says yes. So why did I bother ordering? I already paid for it. This place completely sucks...read full review
I was in there at 6:05 PM, and the Cashier had to wipe off the Thumb Scanner at the Register, at least, 4 times, before taking my Order. (Is she eating Cheetos?) Who handles the Register with Dirty hands to begin with?!?!
My order was for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Tomato, Sweet Onions & Crinkle-cut Pickles Added. It took her three tries to get THAT right.
