I ate in at this restaurant and found a hair in my food. When I was asked how the food was by the worker, I informed them of the hair. The worker tried to blame it on a hair from the cilantro. Then tried to say it was one of my hairs, took my hat off and showed the long gray hair that I have. Then they said none of the workers hair that color of hair when you could clearly see they all did. Anytime I ever order a bowl on the app and pick it up it NEVER is full. The salad dressings have less than an ounce in the 4 oz cup. My order is wrong 99% of the time. The management or staff needs a change here to get it together.
The staff was very friendly and they even took their time to make my burrito with care so nothing was leaking or falling apart or misshapen. They even tried to get me a discount on my food which was great. The woman who helped us very good. I would highly recommend this chipotle.
