Online says open til 11. Drove there at 10:20 only to find that they were not open.

I've about had it with this location after tonight but I'm glad I went in-person this time because now I know the crew responsible for my terribly rolled and poorly cooked burritos.
My receipt says that an, Erica, was the host this evening. If Erica is the manager and is responsible, or knows who is responsible, for the gentleman's training that served me this evening, you need to re-train him and make sure he is not on the line until he knows how to roll a simple burrito, properly.
The fact he was willing to serve me a half rolled burrito with ingredients falling out, in front of me mind you, is insane.
You're about to charge me $15+ for me to go home and progressively eat my meal like a 2-year old as it falls apart due to your employee's lack of training and/or care?
Wild disrespectful.
Also, I want to be clear I wasn't giving him a hard time either and even told him if its easier for him to just throw it in a bowl.
Then on top of that, its 2-hours before closing and there's a shortage of ingredients, trash bags out and about, etc. Not even knocking trying to get ready to go home early, totally get it. But if in-store service is going to be mediocre as a result then seriously adjust the price to reflect the quality of the food and service I'm receiving when this crew is on shift.
To the owner of this location, if they even look at these reviews, would you say that's a fair ask?
Edit: So I noticed another review literally left 3-hours before mine where they had a terrible experience as well, but on top of that, they said their family got sick after eating from there tonight. Glad I didn't touch my food yet.
That said, a health inspector needs to be sent here and the owner needs a wake up call. Unacceptable.

Visited the store today.. they lacked cash,juice Beverage's,ice and freshness was questionable And an extra person to help the two staff that appeared overwhelmed with the amount of orders tables dirty..now 2 hrs later stomach is turning can't leave the bathroom.... Wife is puking... And I'm wondering if I'll ever visit another Chipotle again... Approach with caution

We ordered on opening night and while the portions seemed smaller than they normally would be, the flavor was still classic Chipotle. Have ordered again and the portions have improved. We greatly enjoyed burrito bowls with chicken al pastor and carnitas, with delicious guacamole and chips. Happy to have this as an option in Ebensburg!

I ate in at this restaurant and found a hair in my food. When I was asked how the food was by the worker, I informed them of the hair. The worker tried to blame it on a hair from the cilantro. Then tried to say it was one of my hairs, took my hat off and showed the long gray hair that I have. Then they said none of the workers hair that color of hair when you could clearly see they all did. I contacted corporate about the issue and was led on only to be told they couldn’t find the order in the system. I even uploaded a copy of the receipt for them. Very poor customer service.

Placed an order for pickup. It was ready 30 minutes after specified time...no apology and none of the workers seemed very motivated. Portions weren't great. Tables weren't clean and some fountain drinks weren't working properly.

I hadn’t eaten anything yesterday so I stopped at the new Chipotle on my way home, the service was slow but the workers were in training so not unexpected but they were out of queso and it seemed like they were in a rush to get more out possibly ignoring food safety protocols? That’s just speculation but about 4/5 hours later I got a horrible case of food poisoning be careful before deciding on this location

The portions were the smallest I’ve ever received from Chipotle. It was really disappointing because I was so excited for Chipotle to open here, but will continue to go to Johnstown.
Ordered three chicken bowls today. Was very disappointed with the portions sizes on all three bowls. There was barely any rice at all. Topping were also lacking. Have to say the portions were half of what I’ve ever gotten at any other chipotle. We get chipotle a good bit and we’re excited to try this new location close to us. Sadly it was not up to par and hopefully they work on portion sizing as I’m seeing other reviews for the same reason.

No lettuce, no vinaigrette, no steak, barely any chicken, absolutely positively no sour cream.
As I was leaving there was no brown rice. And to put the icing on the cake the lemonade machine was still and not pumping correctly.Oh and not to forget there was no queso. Will not be back for a long while. Terrible disappointment for such a fine cuisine in this small town of Ebensburg Pennsylvania located at the address of 4580 Admiral Peary Highway, 15931. All while I paid full price for a bowl of hardly any rice and terribly sliced chicken.
