I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since it opened, and for the first time ever I witnessed the rudest barista. I politely asked this barista, Nina, for a pup cup and she screamed at me saying “yeah okay”. Then when I asked again thinking maybe she was just on the drive thru talking to someone the first time, she said nothing to me and rudely handed me the pup cup and when I said thank you she also said nothing. That was the first time i’ve ever had a rude barista here.
Loved this Starbucks. It is clean and beautifully designed. The drinks are wonderful and prepared very well and to my liking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful drinks!

I visit here frequently and my coffee is never hot. And almost always they are out of Veranda Blend. I’ve had the pour overs but they are not very good. I’m usually disappointed after I leave here. For the price not satisfied at all. Won’t be going here for a while. Staff is very courteous on a plus side.
