“I visit here frequently and my coffee is never hot. And almost always they are out of Veranda Blend. I’ve had the pour overs but they are not very good. I’m usually disappointed after I leave here. For the price not satisfied at all. Won’t be going here for a while. Staff is very courteous on a plus side.“

“This is most likely the best McDonald's in Greensburg. The one further west on 30 is nicer as far as a building but the staff is nowhere near as good and it is often long waits there. Is McDonald's is a pretty good mix of staff building qualifity and wait time. I gave it all five stars relative to it being a McDonald's. “This place feels like Aladdin's' Cave the minute you walk in the door. The owners filled the building of the former Schoenfeld's department store with their own antiques and collectables while keeping the inside of the store intact. Unfortunably, lunch is not available any more, but there is a coffee bar with baked goods and an ice cream parlor featuring many delicious flavors. The prices for the items on sale are extremely reasonable. It's easy to see that running this place is a labor of love for the owners and not just a way to make a fast buck. Will definitely return!“
“My local Starbucks is by far my favorite store ever and I have been to Starbucks all over the country!!! They have the friendliest employees and the place is always super clean!!! They always make my drink exactly the way I want it and actually pay attention to the label ingredients unlike some other locations.My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger location because they could use it!!“
“I just want to say how grateful I am to the customer service Altoona Plank Rd., Starbucks. I had gone to another Starbucks this morning, who messed up my order and refused to fix their error. And I walked into Altoona to ask what their policy was on fixing orders, and another Starbucks messed up. The cashier was so polite and kind and said we’ll fix it right up for you just show me the receipt in the drinks which I had with me and presented. And they fixed it right up and this truly just shows how well they are trained and customer service and I go to the Starbucks all the time and they’re just absolutely the best!“

“We love to stop in for self care and get cake pops but not today unfortunately times are tough. Definitely next time! My mini and I love this part of our month! “One of the best Strombolis in Central PA if not the best. I get the Italian Stromboli every time I'm there and it never disappoints. Really big for a "small" and great price. A small will easily feed 2 people. Take out or eat in its always awesome Boli!“
