Go in! If you go through the drive through, be prepared to wait. Typical wait times over our last few visits have been north of 20 minutes.
Our last visit we got a milk shake, 2 blizzards and a sundae and we waited for 23 minutes in the drive through. There were people ahead of use, but all we saw being handed out was ice cream. So we’re not sure what’s going on there.

Servers were very polite and insisted they bring my food to the table. Very clean dining room was empty a few minutes before noon, but it mostly filled up in a lunch rush.

Cookie dough!!

Have gone here multiple times on my break for food and I get 30 minutes for my break. EVER TIME I GO IM WAITING OVER 15-17 minutes MINIMUM!! This is very disappointing! It’s not hard to make food in a timely manner when McDonald’s and Wendy’s and everywhere else can do it very FAST AND EFFICIENTLY!! Highly DON’T RECOMMEND!!!

Overcharged for a meal. Pretty shady. Only 2 people in the place. Not busy at all. Asked for hamburger gave me cheeseburger. She said I'll make you hamburger but give me back the cheese burger and I'll throw it away. First off for the aggravation I should be able to keep it. But I don't like them and said I'll donate it. There was a panhandler up the road. Nope. She wanted to throw it away! The food itself was horrible! The fries, burger and bun were done in the microwave. Disgusting! We actually got sick after eating here. I like DQ, and this was my first time here and most definitely my last!

Waited over 20 minutes for our food, just for the country gravy to be ICE cold, receive half an order of cold french fries, not a single napkin. The gravy was so cold it was SOLID. Disgusting.
Edit after management response: After as many one star reviews with pretty much all of the same complaints you would think you would fire your employees or maybe management is the real problem. This restaurant is disgusting and no one needs to give their hard earned money to this place.

Food and ice cream was delicious.. the person at the checkout was amazing!! Last time I went indianas DQ they put all our food in the same box.i thought it was something I didn't do right in the ordering prosses.

Took twenty minutes for two blizzards

The wait time was insane. We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we got home to eat it, they forgot to add any sauce on our burgers, and one of them was burnt and not edible. All in all, it was a horrible experience. It would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Great Blizzards! Awesome Brownie Ice Cream Cakes!

Recommended dishes: 8 Blizzard Cake

We weren't sure if they were open. The sign along the road and the drive-thru sign was turned off. It was dark and impossible to see the drive-thru menu. We ordered a Buster Bar and a frozen hot chocolate. It took 15 minutes (I was clocking them) to get our order to us. Some serious management issues at this location.
