Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We weren't sure if they were open. The sign along the road and the drive-thru sign was turned off. It was dark and impossible to see the drive-thru menu. We ordered a Buster Bar and a frozen hot chocolate. It took 15 minutes (I was clocking them) to get our order to us. Some serious management issues at this location.

My grandson and I stopped in.
Even though they were quite busy, the two young staff members took care of us, and others quickly.

We waited over 20 minutes for a cone and mini blizzard

Not enough people to work. Only 3 working. People behind counter has no clue on how to ring up refunds. People waiting on food for 45 minutes.

I went through the drive through and the food was absolutely disgusting and not even edible. My cheeseburger was soggy and the fries were mush. A waste of money because we just threw everything out. The one lady also had a very bad attitude and thought she was better than everyone else. Newsflash you work at Dairy Queen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Served me literally cold stale fries. Floor in lobby is so sticky it could pass off as a fly trap. Can here the employees in the back screwing around.

I showed up at Dairy Queen right before closing time, (8330) hoping to get my hands on some delicious ice cream. But apparently, the staff had other plans - like locking the doors even though the beautiful neon sign said open and the posted hours as well . I guess they weren't interested in making any more money that nigh, or had a hot date to get to . Oh well, more ice cream for me to buy across the road at Sheetz while I cry about my missed dessert opportunity.

DQ in ebensburg is the worst for service, I brought them a DQ coupon once they said they couldn't give it to me cause it didn't say specifically this DQ, well it didn't say any of them, another time I went an I ask for a medium blizzard and the repeated medium blizzard, I pull up to window I pay for medium an they give me this tiny cup, I wanted to throw it at them but didn't I just ask for my money back an said I will never come back to this DQ again,
Now mind you I have went to other DQs with those coupons and they were accepted, I go to DQs all the time because I love them but this one needs all new employees or new something about it, I won't go back

Sorry I don't care how understaff this place is but I shouldn't have to wait about 25 minutes for my stuff. I ordered ice cream and by the time I got it , it was like a milkshake. If I'm not at the window then my stuff shouldn't be made yet so it doesn't turn out melted.

Every time I come here the service in drive thru is awful. I’m usually in line around 15 minutes or more after ordering

My entire family stopped here on our way to a basketball game. Service and food were standard, but the dining room area was absolutely freezing. Thermostat showed the temperature as being 59. We asked the staff if the temperature could be turned up, and they never adjusted it. Needless to say we ate as quickly as possible and got back in our cars to dethaw! Nose and fingers were so cold. We won’t be stopping in the DQ to eat again unless it is 100 out!
