Every time I've tried to get food here they are either out of chicken hours before closing or are closed an hour to multiple hours before they say they are. Or they don't give you your sides. Or they block the drive thru with cars. I'll just go elsewhere this one definitely isn't worth it.

At 5pm they had the doors locked due to short staff. Seeing through the window there was at most 10 people inside. When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady over the intercom was very rude, then when I pulled up to the window she was laughing at the people knocking on the door. They also did not mention that they don’t have ice. When I got my drinks the were Piss warm. Food was absolutely terrible.

I made an order through their app at 610 pm. It told me it should be delivered by 710. Ok, cool, its Saturday, and they might be busy. Then it went to betweem 710 and 723. Still, ok, it might be busy. Then I got the link to follow the driver and pick up stuff. Then, around 730, it went back to processing my order. So, I called the store. After about 3 times calling, a very unpleasant woman answered, and I asked about my order. She very rudely told me they were closed and I was not going to be getting it. I said, "I ordered at 610, and no one decided to reach out and let me know my order is canceled, and I'm not getting my dinner now." She said, "That's not my problem," with a huge attitude, and got rude with me again. This isn't the first time we've had really bad service there, but it's probably going to be the last.

Walked in and the staff were hitting each other with brooms. Funny, but my food ended up cold even though I sat down to eat. Fries were stone cold and chicken was hard to pull apart. Not sure if we got a fresh batch or not. Atmosphere was similar to a sad hospital room with two nurses giggling in the hallway and not giving you medical care.

If I could give zero stars i would. Placed a order online to be picked up...we show up ten mins ahead of time to get told oh we gave all the food away to the drive through (lobby was closed due to staffing issues so the drive through line was long amd the only waybto contact anyone) we were told to pull over and they would have it out in ten mins.....we waited over a hour for our food that was ordered wayyyyy ahead of tim because we ordered 3 hours in advanced! Drive home (half hour) to realize we were missing half our chicken, ZERO biscuits, ZERO sauce we paid additional for! Was not driving the whole ways back to wait in that ridiculous line again... so I called customer service just to be told over 5 times of me calling weekly that upper management would call me back...still no call.

Ordered 16 piece extra crispy tender meal. After paying was told they only had original. They said all of their other tenders were frozen. It was 5pm. You would figure they would have everything ready since it was supper time. So we settled for the original. When we got home we found that the fries we ordered were not there and the biscuits were as hard as rocks. We paid $55 dollars for this meal. You would think you would get what you ordered. This KFC has been going downhill in the last year. We won’t be going there again. Save you money eat somewhere else.

Ordered today through the drive trhougj for the family. When I got home I noticed one of the meals were missing. Yes, I should have checked before leaving. When I called to let them know the person who answered the phone was very rude, only response was "yerp" not hey sorry that happened, no come on back and grab it, just yerp! I probably shouldn't say what I wanted him to do with that chicken they forgot, so I'll just leave it at yerp!

I ordered online. My husband gave my full name. They couldn't find the order. He called me & asked me to send the online receipt, just as I was about to, I heard her ask the name again. She said we go by first names. He gave her both. She also called him "Boss Man" That is so degrading. Now I understand why there are rumors of them shutting down.

I've been to this location about 12 times over the last year. The first few times got there around 715 or 730 and they were closed. Double check the hours online and they should be open. The next time I tried to go in the lobby and finally discovered the typed paper posted on the front door saying their hours close at 7. Irritating but ok. Next time I go at 630 and they tell me they don't have any chicken. At KFC. No chicken. Next time I went I actually got food, which was ok. Next time I got food again, but every side was wrong, half the chicken in the bucket was substituted. Next 3-4 times I got there around 630 and no chicken. Finally got chicken on the next run and it was completely overcooked. Made my last trip there last night, at 630, they were open, no chicken even though I said I would wait for it to cook and could hear the manager saying they closed soon, he wasn't going to cook anymore chicken.....since i have lived here 3/12 trips to KFC ended with no food, 1/3 times i got food it was all wrong and only once i was happy with the food. think I'm done with KFC.....

I placed an online order at 2:06 pm on October 21. When I pulled to the order window I was directed to pull out in front of the store. The man explained that he was pulling the chicken out of the oil and would bring it curbside. I waited 20 minutes and proceeded into the store. The cashier said she would have to ask Matt and took the next person’s order while I waited. After the customers $60 order was delivered I asked to speak to the manager. He said his name was Matt and told me that he didn’t tell me that and my order would be ready in 2 more minutes. I replied that the last three stops at this location didn’t have product to sell. A week ago I tried to order chicken at 6 pm on a Sunday night and they were sold out of bone in chicken. I explained that I hadn’t been getting good service and this would be my last trip. Matt replied “That’s fine.” The woman that had the large order after me came back in and after calling the clerk twice she asked for the sauces she ordered. Tayleah was borderline rude when she honored the request. It took 30 minutes to receive my online order. The delay should have been explained and I might have chosen a different menu item. What bothered me the most was the poor attitude and terrible customer service demonstrated by both employees. If they hate their jobs and don’t do well they should look for another profession. I hope the owner reads and responds to this.

We ordered on the app when my husband went in to get it the door was locked so he went though the drive though they told him to park and it would be right out.
Well he watched people come and go in the drive though and then the line get backed up
Still nothing.
He watched the staff scream at people and so many health violations!
And after 45 he went to the door cause he could see are food on the counter to have the worker scream at him! So he called corporate and we said we wanted a refund but still have yet to get it after they said it was being processed! We will never eat at this kfc we try to be understanding cause he works in food and customer service but after over an hour of waiting and fighting for are money back and getting screamed at on top of it outrageous. I’m about to dispute with my bank.
So I wouldn’t eat here unless you want your money stolen
