The food is always so good at this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very clean. I will be back!!!

Pulled in at 7:32 pm for food. I was the only customer but they asked me to park out front. At 7:48 pm someone came out and asked if I got my food to which I replied no. At 7:55 pm I finally got my food 23 minutes after placing my oder. I am not sure a fast food joint can be any more incompetent at their jobs.

Always have to wait…Cook walked out. Manager stinks, needs fired! Feel bad for workers. Horrible place we will NOT return. This place needs to be shut down or corporate needs to help them change! Chicken over cooked just awful. Avoid this store!

Food is generally good at this location but they always turn online ordering off. It’s extremely annoying as someone who has to drive 15+ minutes just to get there AND you can’t use the majority of offers in the app in-store. Lame

Me and my Fiancee went to get food here. Was told it was ready at 7:06, went through the drive thru and they told me to wait 20 mins when we arrived at 7:31. I was compliant with waiting. It was about an hour till we got our food. It wasn't busy and people went through the drive thru and were attended quickly before us. No order or sense of communication. There was a nice elderly lady who helped. However this has been the second bad experience, I'm done after this experience.
Chicken was good and cole slaw but potato wedges and fries were so hard,couldn,t eat them,I was afraid I,d break a tooth.

First, I found a hair fried into the breading on my piece of chicken. That is the least of my worries as I just removed it because I am not a baby. My main complaint is that I did not get anything but a spork with my food. No napkins, no butter, no wipes. And typically, I dont have stomach and bowel issues with KFC so expect foul play with the quality of the food. That was the only thing I ate that day and I could not eat dinner that's how bad it was.

Went there at 5pm in the drive thru was told there was going to be a wait for an 8 piece chicken either original or extra crispy. Then was told they had enough to fill my 8 piece order. Ordered a side of green beans. Pulled up paid for my order was told to pull around front to wait for my order. While waiting they came out and told me they ran out of green beans, the wait would be 17 mins or I could pick another side. I picked a different side who really wants to wait and longer. I drive 30 min home getting our plates and this is the sad chicken in our order they counted as 2 pieces. This place is a total joke anymore and it's like they don't care about their customers at all. You can see in the other picture the normal size pieces of chicken compared to the pitiful chicken they are counting as normal.
