Every time I've tried to get food here they are either out of chicken hours before closing or are closed an hour to multiple hours before they say they are. Or they don't give you your sides. Or they block the drive thru with cars. I'll just go elsewhere this one definitely isn't worth it.

Brand new KFC, so it looks great. Obviously having a staffing issue because there was only 2 people working there. I feel bad for folks in that situation, which is definitely an owner/management issue.Food was fine, but INSIDE of my chicken sandwich was the clasp to the bag that I assume that the bun came out of. Luckily I noticed it when I bit in (yuck) and didn't swallow it or choke on it. I kept going through in my head what the process must be for how they open bags...
