Had an apple pecan salad. All I ate that day. Got food poisoning. Called and spoke to the manager the next day explained how bad it was and he better check the salads before somebody else gets it. Well, he offered me a free replacement salad.LOL. No thank you I do not want to feel like I was on my deathbed once again worst experience and pain of my life.
I came to wendys yesterday and the bathrooms were extremely spotless. when I came out I seen a gentlemen cleaning them. I asked him his name and he said his name is Zach. he was very polite. he not only made sure the restrooms were clean and smelling good but he also provided not only me but a couple of other customers with the best satisfaction. when an employee messed up on our meal he was there to resolve the issue and greatly apologized for the inconvenience.
