Had a wonderful weekend at the John Butler B&B. Cozy house in a safe area. Quite and peaceful. All the staff we met at the restaurants were friendly. Everything was clean and as described. We definitely are adding this to our list of places to return to.

The breakfast is always fantastic The lunch especially the cheese steak sandwich and fries was great

Great breakfast choices with very reasonable prices. Had the 3 meat omelet and wow besides being very good food the portion size wad great too!

Absolutely Amazing courses but what makes this place great is the staff, from the girls behind the counter, grounds crew and starters and marshals the people make this course what it is. Some of the friendliest most accommodating people I’ve ever encountered and definitely at a golf course. My brother and I drove from Ohio a day early to the US open to play both courses but were way earlier than expected not only did they get us off on the woodside early so we weren’t waiting a few hours they found a break in the tee sheet to let us off on the lakeside early too! On top of that every interaction we had with staff was always met with a smile I recommend this course to anyone very fun layout great condition challenging and fair holes I can’t say enough good about this place!

The staff at Butler’s Golf Course was absolutely wonderful for our 2nd annual Provins-Hummel Memorial Outing two weeks ago. From the GM and starters to the catering team and sales director, everyone was extremely accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with - THE ENTIRE TEAM! They went above and beyond in making sure our event went smoothly, just like they did for our first outing. We also appreciated their help in advertising on their social media. Everything was ready when we arrived. The food was also fantastic! We’re already looking forward to hosting our event there again in 2026! Thank you, Butler’s!

Went to a wedding reception recently there. Everyone got food poisoning. Health department investigation found numerous violations. Avoid at all costs.
