Did not realize one of the sandwiches was completely wrong till I stopped to drop off husband’s lunch to him at work. Called back and they were very understanding and nice. They had the correct sandwich made with in 10 minutes for me to pick up and asked if I wanted to keep the wrong sandwich (I did husbands said he wanted to try it). Have been here many times before and this is the first time a mistake was made to an order of mine and so far everything I have ordered from there has been great! It's a very warm and inviting place, with the owners often greeting you personally and welcoming you in. Fran and Enzo make you feel like family. “This was my first time here. Having a recent wheat allergy diagnosis, the food I’ve come across at other places are limited and mediocre. Piazza Sorrento (the restaurant side) has the biggest gluten free menu I’ve ever seen! The gluten free bread, bruschetta, pizza and strawberry shortcake was amazing! I will definitely make the 90 minute drive back to enjoy it again. The staff was knowledgeable about food allergies and everyone was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. My daughter is able to eat non GF food and she said her food was just as fantastic!“

“Awesome little find in Hummelstown! My family and I were intrigued by the high ratings so we had to try the pizza out for ourselves.

We went in for lunch and there were several pizzas to choose from for a single slice. I got the Old World, my husband got the cheese, and my son got the garlic with tomatoes. We all loved our pizza! We also got the garlic knots that came with their homemade sauce, so delicious!

The atmosphere is also adorable. There’s such a nostalgic old school pizzeria feels to it with plenty of tables to eat at. All the workers were also so kind and welcoming.

Both the service & food were wonderful especially considering it was all done by high school students. An instructor circulated around the dining room & spoke with us for awhile. He said he didn't have much to do because the students were working pretty much on their own at this point. We are planning to come back in the fall for a different type of menu. We all live 30-45 minutes away, but if I lived closer I would be a regular customer at their bakery.“

The food was ok….sauce was way too sweet. My son was expecting our server to offer cheese for his pasta as it was an Italian place. Overall it was ok but I don’t think I’ll be back even if I’m in the area.“

We ordered garlic knots, chicken parmesean sub, meatball sub and fries. The garlic knots were small but came with 9 and were buttery and garlicky, the meatball sub was good and as was the chicken parmesan sub. The bread on the sandwiches really made it special. Though we didn’t go to the bar, but we dined in, the food came out in good time and the service was good. I recommend for those looking for a quick bite and the prices aren’t outrageous.“
