Just left from our igloo. Paid $25 for 2 hours and only stayed for an hour and 40 minutes because we were left sitting for 40 minutes without the server coming back. Empty drinks, was going to order more drinks and desserts but all they did was waste our time. Worst experience ever. When we went in to pay and they didn’t care at all. Asked if we wanted boxes or anything else, AFTER we had to walk in ourselves and asked for a check.

Excellent service. Our server was Billy. Great food.
We were there during the day at the outside bar. (Elizabethtown) The service was slow and food/drinks are expensive for what it is. When the waiter was bringing out our food, he was clearly carrying too much. He dropped my boyfriend’s food everywhere and barely said an apology. When he dropped off my salad, he had his thumb in it and he got his beard in my dressing (he didn’t notice so I told him). The atrium was beautiful and the speed of service was appropriate, though refills took a little longer. Some dishes, like the schnitzel, were super dry and hard to swallow, and a burger was good but kind of dry. The lettuce, fruit, and dressing on a salad were warm. However, the rhino fries and ranch were delicious.
