Good service n good coffee!!
Un-toasted English Muffins suck! When you ask for them toasted they should be toasted! That is my only complaint. But when your in your car when you open the sandwich headed out for on an 8 hour road trip that sucks!
Most other Dunkins you dont have to ask for toasted, they just come that way, and they use a quality English muffin. Sounds petty but its frustrating. Maybe McMuffins are in my future.
The customer service is severely lacking. There’s always eight people in there “working” but you never get an order without waiting 20 minutes. On top of that they always have an attitude. It’s like it’s a bother to serve the customer.
There is no quality control. You order one item but you’re given another. You are overcharged. Management has yet to call me back about an issue that happened three days ago.

Dunkin' offers a range of options, including the choriza wrap, which is a crowd-pleaser despite occasionally being served cold. Customers can also grab a cup of coffee and a donut, with friendly staff available to serve. The iced Matcha is always amazing, and the service is generally friendly and fast. Many customers appreciate that their drinks are made correctly, and the staff often treats dogs very well. The location is popular among regulars who visit multiple times a week, especially between Eville and Saint Clair, with this particular store being a favorite. The mornings tend to be better, with the staff making a better effort to provide good coffee and food, particularly before the busy rush around 8:30 or 9:00. Afternoon service can vary, often handled by teenagers or young adults, which sometimes results in inconsistent coffee quality. However, the young yuppies working there can make decent frozen or iced coffee. The drive-thru line can get long during busy times, and the atmosphere may feel a bit tired in the afternoons, but there are some shining stars among the staff. Overall, it remains a decent Dunkin', with traditional offerings and friendly service during the mornings. Customers are encouraged to try new flavors and enjoy the familiar menu items.
