We walked in around 6 PM and waited for the girl at the register to come forward and take our order. We specifically needed to make sure our food requirements were entered correctly on the display.
After ordering, we waited a whole 30 minutes for our food, even though we were dining inside the store. The girls working seemed very distracted and continued talking while customers were waiting. Food and prices are great, but they often mess up my order. Now I don't leave the parking lot until it's all accounted for!
Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, ordered a burger, onion rings, zesty sauce, Dr. Pepper. Didn't get the zesty sauce and I got coke🤬

Burger King offers correct and good food, but the drive-thru service is slow, with long waits up to nearly half an hour. The crispy chicken meal may disappoint with cold fries and stale roll, but the burger is sometimes burnt. Despite the slow service, the well-salted and fresh fries are a highlight of the experience.
