“Came here after getting shafted at mikado and im pretty sure we made the right decision. As soon as we walked in we were seated and drink order taken, the server was extremely friendly and he was wearing a cat (heavy equipment) shirt. He took our sushi order which was fairly large and our sushi came out fairly quickly and it was delicious. Do yourself a favor and skip the b.s. at mikado, grab yourself some beer or wine and head to sapporo east! It’s b.y.o.b“
“Great little hidden gem of a sushi place. Located outside of the big plazas (but within minutes of), this should be a must stop spot.Everything was fresh, made to order, and tasted great! Our rolls included their Cajun, Robin, Pacific, and Tokyo. Salad was fresh with lots of dressing (woo!).Incredibly happy with our lunch stop today with plans to return soon!“
“*Edit - so this was a case of lack of/mis - information. So happy to hear that the bowls are still around, and will definitely have to check it out again. Kiosks to come soon for easy ordering and you can order bowls online - it's simply no longer quick service. I appreciate the fast response and the shrimp we had last night were very good, if not what we expected!Original post - This place used to be an amazing quick service restaurant with amazing build your own bowls. Went in tonight and it's now a sit-down place with none of the healthy options that were on their quick service? Bring back the old Freshido!“
“My son told me I had to try this place and it was great advice. Small little place, but the service was great, and the food was very good. The sushi menu is huge, and I settled on the Fuji Roll. It came out hot and fresh and was unexpectedly delicious. Also had the teriyaki beef with fried rice. It was filling and the beef was very tender. Not at all like any of the buffet style restaurants offer. As it's about 5 minutes from work, I'm sure I'll be here again.“
“When I say this is the best Japanese food in the area I MEAN IT!! We popped in by accident and it was so unsuspecting but the care that went into the food cannot be overstated. I never thought I’d be entirely wowed by a miso soup but I was!!! The flavor of everything we had was obviously very carefully thought through. We will definitely be going here anytime we’re craving sushi!“
“Excellent accommodating service, masterfully prepared sushi, and a wonderful atmosphere at this location. Ordered a couple rolls from their incredible selection , which is clearly described on the menu. An order of crab balls and some complimentary black bass and rice to try. All were amazing! Thank you to the kind waitress, the sushi chef, and the owner for an incredible lunch experience.“
“Let me start this off by telling you this is the best sushi I've ever had. Love it, delicious, great prices. I like to get take-out from here, BUT the one day me and my boyfriend decided we'd dine in and I realized the dishes weren't exactly clean? They seemed to be ran through a dishwasher but not scrubbed before so there was a little residue. So 5/5 for take-out and 3/5 for dine-in.Parking: There's on-street parking that you have to pay for in front of it, and free 15 minute street for pick-up orders.“
“Sushi Express in the Capital City Mall at Camp Hill is some of the best sushi you can get in Central PA. The quality of ingredients are top notch. I frequent the establishment often and have never been disappointed. The service is fast and accommodating. The menu is extensive but you can always ask for something different. They also accommodate my dietary requirements.“
“The place is great place to go if you want to walk out full or even food drunk. ha ha. The atmosphere is alright, given its a buffet in mechanicsburg. The music they place is sure wide variety of music from the far east.Kid-friendliness: Theyre kids menu has 3 items as of 02/2024. Corn Dogs, chicken nuggets, and some french fries. Pretty americanized for the kids that aernt ready to broaden their horizon yet.“
“Nice Asian fusion restaurant. Prices are good and the food is tasty.I was disappointed in my order of sweet and sour chicken. Based on menu photos, other customer dishes and that this looked like a nice restaurant, I didn't expect to receive a plate of chicken nuggets with a bowl of red sauce. I fully expected to get a plate of crispy chicken, onions, peppers, and pineapple tossed in a sweat and sour sauce.“
“Shogun Asian Fusion is a nice restaurant, they have a lovely fountain as you walk in that is nice with the relaxing sound of the flowing water. The restaurant is clean and nice looking on the inside. We were greeted and seated promptly. There is two sides to the restaurant one side is for those wishing to enjoy the hibachi food and show while the other side is for other menu items like steak egg rolls, fried rice, sushi and such. We decided to do the hibachi side. The room was kind of dark and it was absolutely freezing in that room! It was so cold it felt like we were sitting outside with no coats on in the winter! I was ready to go over to the other side of the restaurant but stayed on the hibachi side despite the cold but we didn't stay to finish our food there, we got it to go! The food was good and the little show they put on while cooking was nice but short and simple! I would not eat on that hibachi side again with it being that cold over on that side! But I would eat on the other side where they have tables and chairs and normal temperature room! The chairs on the hibachi side were low and hard to get up from if you have a knee or hip problem! The bathroom was pretty, warm and clean. Good food but cold on hibachi side! I had the NY strip steak from the hibachi from the lunch menu!Parking: There was a parking lot with a couple of handicapped parking spots. I would say it's handicapped accessible but the ramp is down closer to the pizza restaurant!“
“From the first step in it took me back to my past travels to Japan. I don't eat Sushi and loved all their alternative dishes. They should just say Japanese food experts :). If you don't like fast service ll, great people, and awe inspiring food you won't like it. Hip hip hooray!!“
