I have used 3 Sisters for 2 birthday parties and they do not disappoint! The food is fresh and service is the best. The owners and staff are so nice and define great customer service. You can’t beat the price no matter what is ordered.

Better than modern KFC's. The wait was worth it. I had the 4 pcs fried chicken. Total was $86 for five of us if it wasn't my dad being a veteran. Because he was a veteran he got it done to $76. It's worth eating there again. Please come to this place. They are so good. Could respark your desire for fried chicken again.

I had the breasted chicken w/ fries and the meal was delicious! The chicken had a nice, crispy crust and tender, juicy meat. The fries were nicely seasoned and hot. I was there at noon on a weekday and there were only a few customers. Hope they can stay in business.

As first timers, we didn't know what to expect and ended up being very impressed with this establishment. It is very clean with nice indoor and outdoor seating. The service was very good and the food was absolutely delicious. It was the best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had.

I greatly apologize as each time I order the Cilantro Chicken, I am never able to take a picture. The Cilantro Chicken is so good my daughter wants to celebrate her birthday dinner at Three Sisters Chicken, 1025 South State Street Ephrata, PA 17522. We have tried the other delicious selections off the menu such as the very flavorful broasted chicken, curries, and General Tso chicken, but this happens to be our favorite chicken bowl with Jasmine rice.
The staff is kind and very service oriented. I wish to eat outside on the deck sometime in the future. I usually order takeout as a small business with a few high top tables and bench seating tables. Your children will likely enjoy the Bubble Tea offerings.

Simple atmosphere yet delicious food. Ephrata definitely needing something with outstanding flavor. Will definitely come again! Phad tai curry chicken, bone in wings with sweet tai chilli and garlic parm.

The food was delicious! I got a rice bowl with all the fixings w/ shrimp. My husband got grilled chicken with fried rice amazing!! For the both us with drinks it was around $30 not bad for 2 people. The amount of food was perfect!!

The boneless chicken has the perfect mix of crunchy exterior and juicy interior, and their house peanut sauce is sweet with a hint of spice. The pickled vegetables were a perfect complement to the chicken with a toothsome crunch and a tasty brine.
