When I arrived at Arby's, I was greeted by a very polite, friendly employee. I noticed that the restaurant is very clean. The restrooms are very clean. The food was great as always. I had an employee working right next to where I was sitting and ask me how I was doing and how the food was. I was very happy to see how engaged the employees are at this restaurant. And don't forget to ring the bell on your way out showing your appreciation. This was a classic roast beef meal deal.

It's been a while since I was there. Recently renovated. I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. Surprisingly ready in a minute. It was hot , fresh and tasty.

All the fries were cold. The sandwiches was Luke warm. When I took the first sandwich back in that was cold all they did was pull another from the tray and acted like they just came from the fryer.

I like the update. Looks nice. I was excited, hoping they fixed the drive thru, but it's still not vehicle friendly. I hate the app, though. I'd have a million points, but I can't earn any because the app won't work. You can't order anything other than milk or juice for the kids' meals and it isn't user friendly. The app needs to be updated! McDonald's app is amazing and I earn points all the time. So it's frustrating. Please fix then I'll update my review. Thank you.
