I asked for the Swiss n bacon crispy chicken filet Fiery. I got just a regular crispy chicken filet fiery. At least i didn't pay for the more expensive Swiss n bacon. It was still good. Just wish I would have gotten what I asked for.

One of the better fast food establishments in the cesspool of ephrata. The Sprite *ALWAYS* tastes like soap, but other than that, the food is usually hot, fast and correct.

If I could leave 0 stars I would so i order a honey mustard chicken wrap. I got home took 1 bite my mouth was in fire. I thought maybe I accidentally order the wrong wrap. Before I called I looked at the receipt and online order it says HONEY MUSTARD CHUCKEN WRAP!!!! I was given a fiery royal crispy chicken wrap. 2 totally different types of wraps! One isn't spicy the other is how hard is it to read and get it correct???? I hate spicy food. Idk what kind of jokes employees at Burger King are trying to play on customers or maybe they need to go back to school so they can read properly smfh. The manager I spoke to very unprofessional. She didnt even apologize for her employees mistake! She says i can write you're name down for another time. Like hello you're employee gave out something very spicy and thats all you offer? I said I want a refund she says you have to go through the app. Again very unprofessional not even understanding. I said you've just lost a customer her response was ok. She shouldn't even be a manager!!!! 20 minutes later my mouth still feels like I just took a bite

I do appreciate the deals when they're around and food is real good for fast food, but fast is a word needing to be dropped from all chains around here. Plan on packing a lunch while you wait for your food

Food is just HORRIBLE. Sausage has no taste. Burgers are paper thin and don't taste flame grilled At this point I'm not sure if it got worse or if it was always this bad 🤢
