If I could leave 0 stars I would so i order a honey mustard chicken wrap. I got home took 1 bite my mouth was in fire. I thought maybe I accidentally order the wrong wrap. Before I called I looked at the receipt and online order it says HONEY MUSTARD CHUCKEN WRAP!!!! I was given a fiery royal crispy chicken wrap. 2 totally different types of wraps! One isn't spicy the other is how hard is it to read and get it correct???? I hate spicy food. Idk what kind of jokes employees at Burger King are trying to play on customers or maybe they need to go back to school so they can read properly smfh. The manager I spoke to very unprofessional. She didnt even apologize for her employees mistake! She says i can write you're name down for another time. Like hello you're employee gave out something very spicy and thats all you offer? I said I want a refund she says you have to go through the app. Again very unprofessional not even understanding. I said you've just lost a customer her response was ok. She shouldn't even be a manager!!!! 20 minutes later my mouth still feels like I just took a bite

It’s hit or miss if the lobby will be open. I would highly recommend not ordering through DoorDash or another food app from this Burger King. They will exclude something from your purchase (usually sauces, which they charge for).
The service is abysmally slow. Drive thru or in the store. Prepare to wait for 10 minutes at their drive thru window and watch the person in the drive thru next to you pull up and get their order taken immediately.
Out of all the Burger Kings in PA, this is probably the worst.

The food was not good the last time we went. First, I got a Coke, but it was more soda than flavoring. Next, the size of the whopper Jr shank while increasing the price. The French fries were extremely salty. And I have found a hair in my French fries.

The staff at this Burger King is excellent. We ordered 8 sandwiches (using our points before July 1st because they expired) and had several other customers in line that evening. They handled it like it was nothing. All the employees were very polite and professional and the restaurant was very clean. Great job!!!

We always come to this Burger King and get good value, quality, and service. But today (6/25/24), we ordered two “2 for $5” deals in which we got 4 Whopper Jr.’s w/ Swiss cheese and bacon, a “Your Way Meal” in which we got a Whopper Jr., value size French fries, 4 pc. Chicken nuggets, and a value size drink, and a Whopper for 550 crowns (credits I earned in the app, $1 spent = 10 crowns). Those were all delicious and very filling. But the following is the reason I am leaving this review. We ordered 5 ice creams. When they were getting handed to us I noted the strange colour, and when I tasted it, it tasted like frozen vanilla water. I do not know the cause of this taste, since every time I ordered Burger King ice cream previously, it tasted rich and milky, and could even compare to diary restaurants. I most likely will come back, but probably won’t order ice cream in a while.
