Received a gift card from our church after the birth of our fourth child. My wife and I went on a date there last night. It smelled great when we walked in the door around 6:30pm. The young man behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. He seemed genuinely kind and happy to do his job. The food was delicious. The whole experience was pleasant. My wife and I were both very pleased with the service.
Seriously, @Chipotle?!?! I checked hours online for the Ephrata, PA location. The Chipotle site and the Ephrata location Facebook page Indicate you’re open. I’ve now tried twice, a few weeks ago on a Monday and again tonight. Closed both times!
Online ordering still takes place when there is no one running the store... waited 15 minutes at the drive thru, next to a sign that says "closes at 3 today" already paid for food online, so we waited, 25 min later we left and had to deal with an online operator to get refunded. This is our second time we had awful experience and only the 2nd time we came for food... it was the last time we will try for food here.
