wish i could leave 0 stars. i usually don't leave bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time this has happened to us. our order is always wrong. They were out of Sour cream, Chicken, mild Salsa, guacamole and Cheese. they never give me my drink. THE WORST CHIPOTLE. disappointed.

Pulled up to drive through window because my app told me my order was ready. I had to wait nearly 20 min before someone finally came to the window and asked what the name on the order was. I gave them the name and they informed me they still had to make it. I then had to wait 10 more min for my order. My disappointment did not end there, as I got home to enjoy my order I was deeply saddened to discover the almost complete lack of rice or any ingredients in my meal. The serving size was nearly half the amount I normally receive from Chipotle and I even ordered a double on the chicken. I don't often treat myself to chipotle and I'm definitely considering not doing so in the future if this is the service they are offering.

Ordered a lifestyle bowl, paid for extra chicken. Everything about this $20 bowl was skimpy, including the overcooked chicken. Wish this place was better because it's one of the few "healthy" fast food places around. But I won't be spending hard-earned money on so little food again.

Probably the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Service is lack luster, everything is dirty, and they are always out or have incredibly stale chips. I just paid $10 for half a bowl. I am disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. You're better off spending your money at Popeyes or Jersey Mikes next door. Trust all the negative reviews you see. It's not worth it.

This place had horrible service. As well, every person in the restaurant was cussing openly. So unprofessional. The floors were disgusting. Crazy this was all my gurlfriends daughter wanted for her bday. Not one staff member was assertive to our needs, but when one of their friends came up to the counter they carried on their conversation. However won't be back.

Ordered chipotle thru door dash and it is normally great but this time the chicken on my order was really hard and overcooked, Maybe they thought they could use it for a doordash order because I would not send it back. Very disappointing

Like other reviewers said, this location is very hit or miss. I mainly order via the app and pick up through Chipotlane. When this location first opened, it was very consistent and good for many months. Since then it’s been inconsistent, but more recently they seem to have gotten decent but not good quite yet. Employees are nice though. The flavor is there, the portions aren’t consistent though.

Stopped in here for a quick dinner for my kids. No one in the whole place...except for one couple eating. After ordering my older son's bowl, I went to order my younger son's kids quesadilla meal with an extra quesadilla....we have literally ordered this way for 10 years. Unfriendly worker says they can't do that, I would have to buy two meals. Tried to order the adult quesadilla instead. She states I can only order that online. If my older son's bowl wasn't already made I would have turned around and walked out. Kicker was they didn't even have kids chip bags made up to go with the meal. No one in the place...on a Saturday night. Should have taken that as the first clue....Will not be returning!
