customer service is terrible. Placed an online order and went in to pick it up and they forgot my donut so i let them know that I don’t have my donut they asked what donut i told them they gave it to me and i leave well when i was in the car the guy comes out to the car to the window and says i have the receipt luckly it’s free donut day because you didn’t order a donut and before i could say anything he walked away i checked back on my app to make sure i ordered one and yes i did. There was no reason for you to come out to the car and be loud and wrong

I don't go here very often, but there donuts and muffins are delicious! I think prices are competitive. I was the only person in line the last time I stopped by and still had to wait a few minutes for service. Also I ordered two muffins but was given a muffin and a donut.

Their frozen coffee is fantastic every time I order! Delicious every time and very accurate. The price is worth every penny for the drink I got. I went through the drive thru and they were nice and friendly. It took a bit to get through the drive thru but like I said it's worth the wait for a delicious coffee every time! The accessibility to get into the Dunkin in Brownstown is a bit difficult. You can only make right hand turns into and out of it. Discouraging when I'm coming home to Ephrata if I want to stop there.

Terrible service. Waited forever and I ordered ahead in app 10 min earlier. No one was in front of me. Both girls looked at Me and didn’t acknowledge I was there for at least 5 minutes. Then their manager came out and they clearly knew manager would be pissed so they said “I’ll be right there” just to seem like they weren’t avoiding doing their job. Pathetic service. I would rather drive further to a different dunkin with that service.

The one employee that’s an “it” complained that we came up to the walk up window and said “coming up to the walk up window isn’t going to make me make your food faster and he can wait”. The “it” should get fired because that’s not how you talk to a paying customer.

I dont usually rate chains, but I absolutely had to with this particular Dunkin Donuts. For me a great business includes consistent service and product. If I can give this location 6 stars, I would. Fast and friendly service 100% of the time; and my Latte's always taste the same no matter who is making it. Oh, and my dog absolutely loves the staff. She gets greeted and a threat everytime we go through the drive-tru. Thanks for making our day, every day!
This is the worst location. I've never been somewhere that wants you to fix your own drink in the drive thru or wants to take your cup you already drank out of back. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. Don't go here.
