If it's slow, it's fine, If it's in any way busy, it's a complete shitshow. The drive thru is narrow, and the parking lot is horrible to exit. Also, they prioritize drive thru so if you go inside, there is a chance you'll be ignored for long periods of time whether you're picking up a mobile order or are trying to order. The service is generally friendly, though, and the bathrooms are always clean. 4 stars if it's not busy, but 1 if it is.

I dont usually go out of my way to write a review, but its called dunkin donuts for a reason. All of your drinks are just milk and ice. Matcha latta? No its a cup of ice and slightly green milk. Iced coffee? Nope its just almost tan milk.

Went in there for a. Halloween bucket of munchkins. Which they were completely out of. Only muffins available no donuts or munchkins. I also order a coffee no cream or sugar or flavor. It took about 15 minutes. Pathetic don't offer a promotion you can't fulfill. I get you took donuts off your company name. No more time to make the donuts guy. Apparently because it's not as profitable as coffee. Staff didn't do anything to make it right. Not very apologetic.

Every morning I place a mobile order for a donut and a coffee and every morning it’s never done. I come in at least 10-15 minutes after I order and they just stand there looking at me like I’m stupid and then catch an attitude when I ask them to please get the order together. It’s getting ridiculous everyday I’m losing out on my money because I have to leave without my order because it’s never done and I’m tired of being disrespected when I’m not the one who isn’t doing my job then tells me they can refund my money I’m sick of it and I hope someone does something about this
