My wife and I stopped there for lunch and the food and the service were fantastic. I had a turkey sub and my wife had the vegetarian sub, both were on perfect rolls ( crispy on the outside, soft on the inside) and were made with fresh ingredients. The young man behind the counter was friendly, helpful and was diligent about making sure we were having a good experience. I highly recommend CJ Ephrata Pizza.

Got a regular pizza for the kids, steak calzone and beef and chicken empanadas. First time ever my kids wouldn’t eat a pizza and I can understand why. It was literally difficult to chew. Hard to explain what on earth I was biting into, but I personally had to work hard to take a bite of the pizza. Pretty sure this is not fresh dough, in fact I’d be willing to bet on it. The steak calzone flavor was way off. Certainly didn’t taste like steak in any form. Haven’t tried the empanadas and honestly probably won’t. I hate wasting food but this is $50+ going in the trash. Tres Leches was decent. Wouldn’t order anything else. Only the 2nd time in 8 years living in Ephrata ordering from here and certainly won’t make this mistake again.

I am currently hooked on the chicken tacos at CJ's. They are delicious! Fresh, made to order, and grilled to perfection. The stewed chicken from their food bar is fabulous too. Always a decent serving. Service is quick and very friendly. I go for lunch and am never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Never was here or ate at CJ. Every friendly man.food was good got eggplant dinner to much food.jim had got chicken Alfredo he said alittle to much sauce for him but he couldn't finish it either.
When i first got there the two teens at the front couldn't figure out my order. When they figured it out, it was just being made. Fine. Went to the store to get drinks and such, came back 20 min still not done. Once again the two teens at the front couldn't figure out my order again and stumbled between a phone and receipts. Fried food we ordered was cooked before the pizzas so they sat and got cold waiting for the pizzas to finish. One of the pizzas was done well befor the others and sat in a luke warm oven so it was cold by time i got home, only 5 min away.Get home all the fried food was cold and hard, and one of our pizzas were missing toppings. Also the pizzas were thin and flimsy and soggy. The one was soaked in grease. I dont know how people say this is the best in ephrata, I beg to differ unless people here are used to eating trash. I'd be embarrassed to serve this kind of stuff out my restaurant.

The Best place to eat in Ephrata, you can order Hispanic food or Italian and yes Chinese too. The owners are very nice and the atmosphere they created is welcoming for all. The prices are reasonable and the portions are plentiful.
