The trick is to share a drink and get the big bag of fries that everyone shares. If everyone gets their own fries, burger, and drink this is the most expensive fast food restaurant in the world.

I have yet to have a bad experience at this Five Guys. The food is always good, but what really impresses me is the service! I've always been greeted with a smile, and the energy the staff radiates is awesome! It's not often I visit a "fast food" place and leave impressed with the staff, but I'm impressed every time I come here! I wish more places had staff that worked this well, and this quickly! Keep up the good work!
If you like burgers, you'll like Five Guys. You just have to be prepared to spend top dollar. They are very expensive but the portions are also large. The fries are the brown, limp type rather than the golden crispy type. Not my favorite but many folks love them that way. Dining room is all tile so it is quite noisy. Overall it's a good place to get a big, juicy burger.

It's been a while since I visited a Five Guy's and it wasn't as good as I remembered it to be. $44 (not including tip) for 2 bacon cheese burgers, 2 regular fries, 1 soft drink, and 1 milkshake. The burgers were too messy and very greasy. Paying with my card at the register prompts me to enter a tip. I'm generally a good-tipper, but at a fast food style burger place? That's pushing it.

Service was HORRIBLE, and the place was extremely dirty. All the tables and counters were filthy AND I found a hair in my fries??? The management also treated the employees horribly and unprofessionally.
