I placed a catering order and once again JD's did not disappoint. Best food in all of PA!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and everyone raved about the food. I'm sticking with JD's for every event!!

The taco and supreme pizzas were both surprisingly great. Lots of Fox Meadows ice cream too. I had no idea this parlor was here until my son mentioned it. There are a couple of tables but I imagine it's mostly take out

Just a heads up: when you order from JDs Pazzo Pizza. Check your food before you pay... because when they mess up your order they will blame you. The cook will refuse to remake it because the person taking the order doesn't understand only cheese and lettuce means ONLY cheese and lettuce apparently it means mayonnaise (which my kid is allergic to) also. Conveniently the manager won't be in to talk and it will take them 3 min to figure that out. They offer to remake your order if you pay again and tell you to call the manager tomorrow. Very disappointing customer service as we like ordering from them their food is always good. **updated my rating** ownership reached out to me to satisfactorily fix the situation. Robin was kind and after her explanation I realize it must have been an off night for employee's due to specific situations. We've never had a problem before, food has always been great. As was the food my son could eat this time. We will give it another try in the future.

For me this is the best place in Ephrata... the wings are amazing and the pizza is great and let me not get into how great the prices are.... every delivery has been professional and polite with my food always being delicious and hot

Food was a minus - 10 SERVISe was good Wow order a Baked Ziti and it so bad I had to throw it way. Very disappointed when you spent almos $30 for lunch just for one person. It tasted like pure pure garlic bitter. Bit the salad was good and the garlic bread was burnt but it was good. Great customer service. Not sure it it was only my food which I hope and not that they sell it with that taste all the time.
Love the ham and cheese calzone and pizza. A great meal night staying home for $40 with leftovers for the next day.

What can I say? JD’s is just the best. Had a large party for a military send off and the food was phenomenal. All of our guests were raving about everything… especially the meatballs and garlic knots!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I ordered dine-in. The cheesesteak was OK at best. The inside smelled of cat urine; I am unsure why. I wonder if previous pets were in the building and they rehabbed it. This threw off my whole dining experience. Nothing was on the tables (e.g., napkins). I will not be returning. Be wary if you dine in, for the smell overtakes the food.
