Sandwich was very sloppy when I got it home. Taste was off as well. I called the location and they didn't even answer Jersey Mike's. I told the representative the issue and she barely responded except at the end of the call she said sorry.
It's Jersey Mike's. Great subs with plenty of whatever you are ordering on it. This location is quick, precise, and provide great customer service whether you are picking up or dining in.

Andrew and His Team really deserve a round of applause for their endless dedication to a consistent product that’s out of this world with customer service that doesn’t just meet but far exceeds any expectations, Andrew is a corporate business owners dream when it comes to how He treats customers and also makes sure everyone is a rewards member and receives the most out of their Jersey Mikes Experience, He is the Best manager, I visit a lot of your locations But This is by far the very, very best, I really hope your regional management team recognizes him, and there’s also someone else I’d like to see Applauded for Her work, I apologize I never got Her name, But she’s the shorter caramel skin toned girl with the dark Hair, she is always so friendly and remembers your customers with a smile and is really amazing but wow, The food is good and Andrew really is someone that corporate management needs to give a promising career with every opportunity for promotion and advancement that He deserves, I could see them making him a Regional Manager and making all the stores as good as his and The young lady I just mentioned being something like a hospitality manager There really is such a culture within this specific location that’s worth noting and that all goes back to Management, Andrew really is a star, Your company would be so proud of him, I hope someone within the higher ups of this company reads these and gives him a special recommendation in the corporate offices because He does everything right and deserves their attention and applause!!!!

Had my wife swing by to get subs for dinner. She said the girl behind the counter was rude and to top it off they gave me a ham instead of an Italian. It’s like paying for over priced bread because there wasn’t much ham in it.
Was a decent place that was cleaner than my area. Service was good but the best part was the chicken cheesesteak being delicious.

We love Jersey Mikes. However, we went there on 4/25/24 and were disappointed with the service. The person who was supposed to add the toppings was condescending. When I asked for the extra bread to be removed from the, he said, “So you want it scooped?”. I don’t know your verbiage. If I did, I would have said “scooped “.He then proceeded to “scoop” and throw it behind him onto the floor…that’s not ok…
My husband and I only wanted to split your largest roast beef sub..instead, we met an employee who was condescending and was charged for 2 6” subs because we wanted different veggies. That’s crazy to me…
