The wife and I stopped in yesterday and got a delicious sandwich prepared by two really nice guys. I've only been here a couple times, but it's always been a pleasant experience. Kudos to the team that makes that happen.

The BEST sandwiches with the friendliest staff. They also generously support Cocalico Athletics, so they are invested in the community as well, which makes me want to patronize the business and recommend them even more.

I came in on July 30th to get sandwiches for my son's birthday. Upon returning home two of the sandwiches were not correct they were missing half the ingredients I ordered and the sizes were wrong. So I called the restaurant back they agreed to do a refund and remake one of the sandwiches. I have yet to receive my $29.83 refund close to 30 bucks and now they are giving me a hard time about getting my refund. I refuse to go back here and I want corporate to do something about it. Upon calling the store they could not help me and they were confused and had no way of pulling up my refund. So I had to call corporate and get a runaround. I'm very pissed off at this local business but they can't even give a customer $30 back without a hassle. Don't worry you will not be getting any more of my money send it

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire establishment is—from the counters to the dining area. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere the moment you walk in. They work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality, and they always get my order just right. You can tell the employees take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service, fresh subs, and a spotless environment!

Charming staff served generous portions of quality ingredients on excellent bread, which we ate in a clean dining area. Music was less specific to this Mennonite area than in many other public places, like it or not. The smell was sooo enticing.

I’m a firm believer in showing every customer the same value and service. This is not what I encountered when I walked in this place . The lady with tattoos, the butterflies and the rose on her sleeves really shouldn’t be dealing with customers . I’m standing there and she by passed me and directs her attention to the gentlemen that’s after me as if I wasn’t standing in line . Then she rings me up for 2 sandwiches when I ordered one . I had to tell her that wasn’t mine . She gave me my total I payed . While I’m grabbing my drink I noticed how nice she treated the customer after me . Would you like to add a drink and chips , would you like a receipt , etc etc . Be the same with every customer . Btw you should have a cleaner working environment

The big kahuna used to be a lot better tasting the last time I was there, this time it wasn't so good. I still recommend Jersey Mike's they're a whole lot better then many Italian pizzerias in Lancaster for sandwiches.

I ordered an Italian Mike's way, and when it was delivered it had someone else's name. I called to tell them and spoke with Anthony who said I need to reorder my food. Instead if just remaking it the right way, they wanted me to go on their site and redi my entire order. No lunch for this guy today. I will not be ordering from them again
It's Jersey Mike's how can you go wrong?! I always get a giant 13 on rosemary parm bread, Mike's way extra juice, it's sooo good!

Today was an Aaron Acres fundraiser at this location. They had so many employees working and it’s a good thing because the line was almost out the door. Each member of the Jersey Mike’s team was hard at work. I witnessed a young man, working at the cash register, help an older lady with her order. The kindness amongst all the chaos was a nice feeling.

Sandwich was very sloppy when I got it home. Taste was off as well. I called the location and they didn't even answer Jersey Mike's. I told the representative the issue and she barely responded except at the end of the call she said sorry.
