Never open when they should be. Drove all the way there for an online pick up and they werent even open but they took my money of course. Thats basically stealing. Just close down if you never have enough staff

I asked them to change these for me because the cheese was burnt and dry in the top Wich I didn't like they said they were ok so I had to buy another one and ask them to watch them this time and dont burn my cheese

Little Caesars needs to treat their employees better. I walked in at prime lunch time on Sunday during football season, and there was one guy there. ONLY ONE GUY. He was scrambling trying to get all the orders done but it is CRIMINAL that they don’t get another worker to help him during a busy time

Horrible experience. Waiting 1 1/2 hours to find out they decided to cancel my order because they were out of one item. Instead of a quick call, we waited and waited and then when asked why they canceled, they had an attitude about it.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this Little Caesars. The waiters were extremely slow and seemed unprofessional the entire time. It felt like nobody cared about the customers or the service. I waited far longer than I should have, and the staff didn’t communicate or try to make things right. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when you just want a quick meal. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I ordered a pizza and got it with no sauce ordered a stuff crust with extra cheese and half pepperoni and got two different pizzas the guy that took my order didn't speak English or was deaf I don't know this is twice I have gone hear and they got it wrong sorry I go somewhere else at least till you get better help.

On 11/10/25 I drove from out of town to get Little Caesars. There was no Hot n’ Ready. The employees were not friendly and did not come to take my order… they simply said I am working on stuff and left. They did not take the time to come back and check in. After 10 minutes of waiting I left the facility. I don't plan on going back there.

Customer service is horrible! Staff will literally walk past you and not take your order; will sit outside smoking while sitting in parking spots that should be for customers; and its completely dirty.

Got a pepperoni pizza and cheesesteak crazy puffs for dinner. Both tastes like they were made first thing in the morning and sat in the warmer all day. Won’t be going back.

Customer service was disgusting! Not only do they never have a single thing hot & ready which actually is fine (not even a little mad about that) but today I stood there for 15 mins asked twice to be waited on & was told both times they are to busy to take my order. Not sure why I stayed to even ask a 2nd time when after the 1st time i could hear an employee talking trash for me asking to be helped. Not to mention they started posting on local pages to not just come in & order, they only want to take online orders. Kinda thought it was a joke until today because the moto is literally hot & ready but never again will they have me as customer & I will be contacting corporate. Never in my life have I ever contacted higher up the ladder to complain on a business but the way I was treated was atrocious!!!

We ordered delivery before and had a terrible experience with cold burnt dried up pizza. When we heard about the new ownership we decided to give it another try. We ordered our pizza on DoorDash tonight at 5:30 PM. Delivery time would be about 6:05 to 6:20. The Pizza arrived right before 7 o’clock Over baked, actually burnt, dry and lukewarm. We talked to our delivery guy and he said there was only one person working there and he only got the call at 6:15 to pick up the pizza and yet we ordered at 5:30. I logged back into DoorDash and saw that our driver was sitting there waiting for the pizza so it wasn’t the DoorDash issue. Very frustrated that the quality of the pizza hasn’t changed with the new owners. We ordered two large pizzas and four crazy cups. We ate one crazy cup and two slices of pizza only. The rest ended up in the trash. What a waste of money!

On June 21, I placed and paid for an online order at this store. When I came to pick it up the store was closed. Mind you, this was during posted business hours. The store had obviously failed to open on time. I waited an additional 15 minutes and then left to pursue other options as I had hungry people to feed. Was this annoying? Yes. Was it the worst thing to ever happen? No, but a little customer service afterwards to resolve my refund issue would have gone a long way. I received none of that.

I left several voicemails about refunding my money for the order. None of them were returned. I called the corporate customer service line and was informed that this location was a franchise and the best they could do was contact the owner to suggest a refund. Still, I was not contacted.

Upon realizing no one was going to contact me, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They notified the owner and what do you think happened? You're right, nothing.

So here it is Sept 11 and I was just notified that my dispute has been resolved in my favor due to this store not responding to the claim.

I know I'll never order here again. My advice to you is to order elsewhere. They obviously couldn't perform the smallest act of customer service when they were completely in the wrong. They ignored several attempts at communication and resolution. It certainly appears to me they tried to pocket my money without providing me any service. Buy your pizza elsewhere folks!!!
