Went in today for crazy puffs and was met by a wonderful lady named Stephanie. She informed me she use to work at litiz location and came here to ephrata to try helping out the store. I just say her personality was great and she made some great cheesy pizza puffs quickly for me :) hope she's a turning point for the store!

Husband stopped this evening to pick up our dinner. When he arrived they told him 2 items he paid $10 for they had run out of and couldn't give him hisoney back for and he needed to call their customer service. He called and they are closed. It also said in order to get a refund he needed to go back to the store and talk to the manager, they were the one who told him he needed to call customer service. What a joke! I give them a 0 star rating.

The Ephrata location is severely understaffed, we waited 50 minutes for one pizza and while we waited we saw people receiving the wrong things and being given each others orders, it was absolute chaos. One guy asked for his money back and the kid behind the counter swore at him.

They never answer their phone. Even when you call while looking in from the parking lot and they are just standing behind the counter.

The only worker there had earbuds in the whole time and never bothered to take our order. Eventually we gave up trying to order and left, as it seemed several others did too. No idea why the guy was in the back the whole time when there were several customers waiting at the counter. Would not recommend.

This is by far the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. I had to explain 4 times to the cashier that I wanted the cheese bread and then she completely forgot the pizza I ordered. Don’t bother going here. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

I don't usually give reviews but the poor service I got from this LC specifically prompted this.
I put an order for 10 pies on Feb. 7th. I go in to pick up at 6 PM, Feb 9th, which was the pickup time I chose. The pizza was no where near ready for me. I waited 15 minutes then I walked out and went back home to wait. (I lived a 1/4 mile away luckily) I finally picked up the pizza at 6:45 then.
I understand that I ordered alot of pizza and that it might be take a bit longer. I had no problem with that but they weren't ready at all despite preparing the pizza at 12:30 PM on the 9th. When I received my pizza then, they didn't even apologize or anything. Its like they didn't care.
Overall I would say that specific LC is incompetent and should have been ready to make alot of pizza givin that it was Superbowl Sunday. I do not recommend!
