The service I received today was great! (I will say in the past the service wasn't always what you would hope for.) Hopefully it's going in the right direction. The food is usually good. One downside, the recent changes they made to the inside I would say wasn't a upgrade, it seems cold and cut off from the kitchen. (You used to be able to see back into the kitchen more.)

Stop at this mcdonalds drive thru at 940 pm tonighy there was only 2 cars in front of me . 954 still havnt gotten food. The same 2 cars in fron of me still there there . 14 mins drive thru times is crazy . I can only imagine how long the 2 cars waited in front of me. When i worked for mcdonalds 20 years ago this would not fly . Someone would have been fired. What happend to the standards. I left because waiting 15 plus mins for drive thru food is absurd especially when you suppose to have food prepared ahead of time. The qality of this place has gone down hill over the years . From lazy employees to lazy managers
They locked their doors over 1½ hours before closing, so it made my doordash order pickup late, because it took super long in the drive thru

Amy in the drive thru during the morning makes the start to my day fantastic. Most places just take your money and give you the food but I'm guaranteed a smile and made to feel important by Amy in the morning!
