I stopped in this past Thursday for the first time. The Ephrata store is pretty new. It wasn't bad and served quick. The bag had a BOGO, but one get one 50% off. I stopped in today with my wife to grab dinner there. The clerk told me the coupon was only on an online order and for takeout or delivery only. Really? Upon further review, I found the last line of the coupon which is really hard to read even with my glasses. It did say online order. Not "only" though. Nothing is printed about takeout only. So, bravo to Noodles and their employee! They've done a great job at losing a potential regular customer. I owned a very busy luncheonette in Brooklyn for 10 years. I'd never treat a customer in that manner. I'd have found a way to make it work and keep a customer. I took my tummy and my $ elsewhere.

The chicken parm with penne was gross in my opinion the noodles are under cooked, they put very little sauce on all their items. I recieved the 2 meals i got cold as well. Do NOT Recommend.

Service was okay. Employees didn’t seem to have much knowledge on their food or menu though. The portion size for everything looks like they’re made for 4 year olds and it’s pricey for the amount you get. The food isn’t awful but you could make any of the entrees at home

Quick and fast noodles! The food is surprisingly good, the mac and cheese was alright, could use some more flavor but the chicken was great! The service was so friendly the cashier and the person who brought out the food were nothing but kind. The inside is quite pretty and the place is small but fits a lot. Overall, 9/10!
My daughter went to the bathroom and had to come back and ask. What's a gender neutral bathroom? Make a female bathroom! Dont have guys peeing on her toilet seat!Price was a bit high. If the food was at least good, I'd come back, but noodles were dry. Mac was flavorless. I must admit, the bbq chicken was good on top. Parmesan was like a microwave out of a box.Drinking out of paper pipes? Teach people to throw away trash!
