Friendly bartender! Kole helped us make our choice selection & told us the history of the distillery & how it blends with coffee shop. Mixed with yummy cocktails was a pleasant experience, will be back!

Candice is the bomb. She dropped an espresso martini on me that changed my whole world view. Ukrainians and Russians, living together. Cats and dogs living together Republicans and Democrats making love to each other. Everybody come get a drink from her.

We have eyed this distillery for a while now and boy are we sad we waited this long. The Old Republic Distillery didn't disappoint in the slightest. The bartenders and wait staff were amazing and so friendly! All of our drinks in the group were delicious and the printed pictures on some of the drinks were adorable!! We highly recommend the blueberry moonshine it was a huge hit. We ordered food from the connected Cafe and there was not a single complaint. The food came out quickly and was just as delicious as our drinks all evening. We are definitely planning to return! The old timey speak easy vibes are charming. I loved the exposed wood beams and the bar itself is beautiful. They have indoor or outdoor seating and have weekly events to attend. This is for sure one of our new favorite locations.

Update: 8 months later and many martinis down this is still an amazing place to come for drinks 10/10 recommend

Went yesterday with my cousin (his first time there). As always I had a splendid time. The staff was extremely friendly. The cocktails were fantastic. We each had some type of autumn Rum Old Fashioned (ask for the dark rum), and a s'mores Martini. It's also great that the other half of the building is a cafe. Just hoping one day they start making their own whiskey as well!

I love this place. It’s so quaint and inviting and the cocktails are the best around. Kole is a great bartender and so much fun to talk to! Brings a great energy.
