Consistently bad coffee. Always one or more of: - Lukewarm - Has tons of grounds in it - Weird taste, doesn't even taste like coffee - Empty
Even the hot water for tea is bad, it's often lukewarm and one time it was brown colored and had a burnt coffee aftertaste, like somebody just dumped water into a coffee carafe without washing it or even emptying it out.
Giving 2 stars because the food is usually decent.

This isn’t the first time my order has been incomplete—items are often missing from my bag, even when I double-check before leaving. It’s frustrating to pay for a full order and not receive everything. I hope the staff starts paying more attention to accuracy, because it’s becoming a pattern.

It took 30 minutes+ for our order to be ready. Then soup came with no spoon and salad with no dressing. Currently gumming a dry salad :(
The bagels were disappointing in appearance & taste. Coffee was fine. Uninspired decor. Few customers when I visited, but nearby table was not cleared off. Not likely to return anytime soon.

Selection of cream cheeses was aweful. Only one flavored selection and was a boring one. They refused to put the cream cheese on the bagel. And the cream cheese cost around the price of the bagel. Also took a really long time to get a bagel. I eventually asked that it not be toasted because it was taking so long.

Went here for a business meeting at 10:00 on a Wednesday and was pretty disappointed. Cashier was super friendly, ordered a hibiscus iced tea and a latte, but we waited quite a while for the latte. Two of the tables we tried to sit at were pretty sticky. Maybe they were having an off day?

3 days in a row I ordered the same salad. 2 of those days-I received a completely different salad. All 3 of those days, something in the order was not correct-all but one ticket had exactly what i ordered. All 3 days!! I then tried to call the location to let them know about this. No answer. Just check every aspect of your order before you walk out of the door.
