Very disappointed in my lunch today. They were out of both the soup I wanted and the chili my husband wanted. The chicken wild rice soup was watery. The chicken Caprese salad had limp greens. There were no pecans today. My son- in- law had a salad minus the bacon, which they said they were out of. All in all it was a very unsatisfactory lunch for all of us.

They got our order wrong, but at least they fixed the problem. One thing that I was surprised about though was the fact that at other Paneras they offer you a treat if they get your order wrong and here they didn't.

The cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with butter is definitely a favorite of mine . I would recommend this Panera . They have a drive through which is convenient and nice considering all of them don’t

Found a long piece of hair in my fiery soup a few days ago. Disgusting.

Ordered the new French onion dip sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, but for $12, I only got half a cup of soup which ran out before I was finished the sandwich. Seriously, is another 1/2 a cup of soup really going to destroy your profit margins? Maybe try only having 3 teenagers standing around doing nothing rather than 5.

Stopped here after leaving US 30 location due to lack of side dishes. Got to order everything we wanted with the exception of a bread bowl. But other than that the food was delicious and would order it again. Definitely will go to this location again. Young man giving our food made sure he pronounced it correctly. That’s personal service!
Stopped by 10 days later and food was good but my wife had to clean a table for us to sit and eat.
Several tables were in need of some sort of cleaning. Need to clean more often.
Vegetarian options: Wife got a veggie sandwich and loved it.

Employees gossips and they gossip in a group in the kitchen, while you fend for yourself. Service sucks. I had three plates and everyone watched but no one offered to help me carry back to my table.

I ordered online as I often do on Thursday evenings and when I arrived to collect my order it was not ready despite my being on time. I had to wait at the take out window for 10 minutes while the sandwich was created. The staff was messing around and did not seem concerned that my order was not ready when I arrived. Also, when I got home and unwrapped the sandwich I discovered that it was mainly bread with very little inside it. The limited ingredients were sloppily assembled as well and NOT worth $15. Admittedly, I was surprised because the customer service at this location is usually excellent. Not sure who was supervising the staff that night, but they need to do a better job keeping these youth motivated, monitor the quality of the food being served, and encourage them in providing good customer service.

We use Pannera as our default lunch site when travelling. Always consistently good food, we are salad people, so we fit right in with their menu. Pricing is reasonable and you food is ready for pickup in a short time.

Another completely cocked up visit to this location. Not uncommon to get average or below average service here, but had a bad experience with management this time. They put a trainee at the cash register and there were no experienced cashiers available. They should've had somebody teaching/training/mentoring the cashier, since they weren't prepared for the position. I chalk up that problem with management.
Order was taken wrong and made incorrect, then the second time the management didn't pay attention and prepared it for dine-in even though I requested to-go. Management didn't take any responsibility or apologize and had an extremely bad attitude about it. Not leading their staff by good example.
Not going to let this one go as Panera Bread will constantly bombard you with "offers" and requests for feedback in email. I can understand 1 bad night for the staff and/or management but this is twice in the same week, so negative review is going up here.
No issues with the food itself once they prepared it correctly, its all managerial and process issues. Fire the local restaurant staff and hire people that actually want to be there. This is why Panera is trending downwards and Chik Fil'A is a successful and booming franchise. Customer service and attitude goes a very long way towards loyalty and retention.

Seven of us went for lunch today. Two ordered the Butternut Squash soup. It was served lukewarm at best. Two selected Dr. Pepper and poured it out because it tasted very watered down. I had lemonade which was also watered down.

I don’t have much to say about the food. Yes, it’s great, but come on. what is up with the price. almost $8 for a little cup of mac n cheese is ridiculous. My work experience there also wasn’t the best. I felt excluded and i was never trained properly.

Sat in drive thru for 8 minutes at The window wow a worker stood there, and no one even opened the window to take my money four cars behind me. Everyone standing around the manager is outside talking on the phone. For how much this place charges you might wanna get better workers lazy ass people.
